    Overall the process was good, although the final purchase took longer than I wanted to wait. I also changed my mind about the exterior color of the SUV. I had to have an application, be approved sign multiple documents etc. It has been 14 years since my last auto purchase. The best benefit was the 0% interest rate for 3 years. My credit union couldn’t match that deal!

    Hands down, the most horrible dealership to do business with. I recently took my car in because it said engine malfunction. To be completely honest with you your entire team at the Pembroke Pines, AutoNation, Nissan are extremely unprofessional for starters the manager in charge of the loaner vehicles Rob is one of the worst human being I’ve ever dealt with in my life, he makes getting a rental seem like pulling teeth. I went for days without having a car when I pay for a package That includes loaners, extremely unprofessional. I wish I could say otherwise for your service advisors but it seems like your team doesn’t even understand what packages cover what, Rob and his team told me one thing and your service advisor told me another thing. At this point I’m extremely frustrated and deeply regret purchasing a car from this dealership

    Got to the dealership earlier than my appointment. I was taken care of right away. Since I leave my car instead of waiting, I was out of there within 15 minutes. My car was ready within the next couple hours, and was all ready for me when I went to pick it up. My service advisor, Keri, was awesome and. I’ll be asking for her assistance on my next visit

    I had been to a lot of dealerships for the past few months and most salesmen were either in a rush to sale the car & not worried about my personal needs or just very conniving, but Jerry Quinonez was kind, funny and treated me like a human instead of a paycheck! I would definitely recommend him again & have already started bragging to my friends and family about his compassion! JERRY was an awesome salesman and still text me about the car satisfaction til this day!

  • Exceedingly slow process

    I am normally reluctant to post anything but a positive review; but our experience in buying a vehicle from Autonation Pembroke Pines Nissan was not easy. We chose from existing inventory of used cars online and pulled the trigger on the deal with a $500 deposit. It took more than a month to have the sales agreement prepared and to execute it with a mobile notary. Then 10 days to have the car dispatched and delivered to our location. We still do not have the title and registration paperwork. The vehicle is great, just as described but the process of getting it was glacially slow.

    • I appreciate your quick response. I tried the number provided at 1PM today and think that you'll be interested in what happened. When I called, the greeting message game me the 0 option to speak with the operator, which I pressed. But no-one picked up after five rings and the call looped back to the greeting message. This cycle continued seven more times as I continued to work within the phone tree by pressing 0 to wait through five rings and start again. Eventually your phone system just hung up the call. I am open to discussing this with the General Manager, but there are roadblocks to our communication on your end. Keep me posted if you are able to solve the phone problem.

    If you want quality service for your car, then this is the place for you. From the first minute you arrive, your car is already in operation. Each employee has his own tasks and they are completed clearly and quickly. While your car is being serviced, you can taste any coffee. The local coffee machine will prepare any coffee for you.

    I went in for a service i was there for two hours and for the price they charged me they didnt even give me back my car cleaned! A complimentary wash should have been included with this service i honestly feel like i was over charged! WASTE OF TIME
