Weird break noise

I went in because there was a weird noise coming from the break area. I took my vehicle in and waited 4 1/2 hours only to hear a noise that was worse 1 day later. I'm scheduled to return for the same issue.

Since the day I bought my Acadia in Vera, I take it for all kinds of maintenance and repairs and they are excellent. Conrad Hernandez is the best, he always goes above and beyond to help me and resolved any service for my car needs. Excellent customer service. If I have to buy another GMC Verá is the right place to go.

Carlos the Service writer kept me in communication with what was done and what had to be ordered for my 08 LaCrosse. Very polite and made me fee that I would be well taken care of. When I picked up the car it was as clean as when I brought it in, important factor. The Service Manager Gus R. makes sure the service is done correctly. You can count on him and Vera.
