    Three years ago I leased a car at Vera when my lease was up (a Cadillac), I had to go back to this dealer due to its exceptional service. This time I dealt with Orlando and Alejandro.     Jean is the best agent at Vera Cadillac. His service is excellent, he knows exactly what his customer want and works very hard for it. I’ve gotten my last 3 cars with Jean, and he helps you from the very beginning of the process and stays in touch long after you get your car. Jorge Morales is awesome too. He makes the finance and approval process to run smoothly. They are both amazing!

  • Switched Contract

    On 2/4/2019 my family and I went to go look at the Buick 2019, at Vera Buick Pembroke Pines. we had gone before and saw the 2018 but we didn't like the wear on it. We had Victor Lopez as our sales person. We selected a car and the sticker price was $52,210.00. I told him look if you could give me the car at 50,000. and don't add any extended or gap or dealer I will be fine. He went back to the office to check on price and whomever said OK on 50,000. However, he said listen we need to put Deal Fee. I agreed. I explained I had a prior approval from Credit Union and the car would be under my Wife and my Mom. He started gathering information and entering it on the computer. After all was entered I asked to see what he entered to make sure everything was exactly as what we discussed. The car was at 50,000 and no other added Gap, or extended and only there was the 799.00 we agreed on. I saw it on his computer and every time he entered anything he would turn his computer to me and have me look at each detail. Victor said that credit Union was probably not opened this late but he said let me see what we can do and I told him that's ok I can get tomorrow. He said to wait and went to the back. A little later, Jorge Ovalles came over which was introduced as the Financial Advisor. He asked Becky, my wife, why she had so many medical reports on her credit report. We had to explain that I had Stage 4 cancer Also, our son is Autistic but he is legally blind which a disorder which makes his growing a issue. Jorge Ovalles apologized and seemed so concerned at the time. We waited forever and didn't know why. I said I would come tomorrow to get it. He then explained what they did was do a temporary contract for us to take home today, but would not as many times as we requested they said this is not a contract, that mom would sign so that we can take car home which will be thrown out after tomorrow. Next day, we get a call from Credit Union saying that the person that told us we were approved was wrong because they had not approved anything yet. So I called Victor and he said "don't worry that is why we do a contract here cause that happens all the time with these people". Then I was called by Jorge Ovalles and he said, "I wasn't able to give you the percent they gave you but I was able to __% I said ok. After two weeks of trying to get paperwork. Finally, My wife went and came home and said your going to be really upset. THEY DID A SWITCH ON CONTRACT. They made a new one and added not only the price of car higher than sticker but everything the can add. The pink contract had every extra they can come up with on it even Gap and extended warranty so on so on, and also had the price of the car not at 50,000 not the sticker price of 52,210.00 but at 53,000.00 Needless to say all I did was cry. I called Victor and he said no that's wrong we will fix it and called Jorge he said I don't understand what you want. Many Many times I told Jorge you can fix it because there is errors in the contract. He kept saying what the error? Mocking me. He has had me crying all month, Im in chemo I don't need this!!!Jorge just said there is no way I can correct contract because he said there is nothing wrong with it. HE SWITCHED CONTRACTS. This is the complete deceit, a horrible display of a moral compass, completely unfair to fall into the hands of such horrible, inhumane people. Leaving someone completely buried like this. Such a happy moment it should have been has turned to a horrible situation I play in my head over and over. They are disgusting, uncaring bunch of vultures that make your company not a thing that is expressed on your website. I know salesman are not truthful. But, what was done here is not just lying a little; It was straight out a complete [non-permissible content removed]. [non-permissible content removed] of money and of a person. Just me, a person. Who, I know, didn't deserve this at all. He is trying to tell me This is what you agreed on??? Just to begin, Who goes into a dealer and ask a sales person to put the car higher that the sticker price?? You cant just discard people like trash. I wont stop writing the truth till someone does something about it. The owners according to Sunbiz are Louis Vera and VP is Richard Gonzalez. Since no one gives me their contact info. I will write till I cant anymore.

    I've been negotiating for the past week on a vehicle and was prepared to make the purchase but the salerperson was [violative content deleted]. He treated me as if i was simple minded and just wanted to play tricke with the numbers. on our final round of negotiations he changed the numbers that he had provided me in writing and actually offered me a final price that was $855 dollars more thatn what was in writing. I walked away from the deal. This is the only dealership within a 250 mile radius that has the car that i am looking for but I just absolutely refuse to deal with this dealership. They pull every trick listed in the internet when it comes to negotiating with females. so females beware... its a [violative content deleted].

    Carlos the Service writer kept me in communication with what was done and what had to be ordered for my 08 LaCrosse. Very polite and made me fee that I would be well taken care of. When I picked up the car it was as clean as when I brought it in, important factor. The Service Manager Gus R. makes sure the service is done correctly. You can count on him and Vera.

    Came in as a cash buyer for a slt terrain, couldnt make deal on price, kept calling back julio at the dealership he kept saying oh we can do something, dont go anywhere else, we waited 2 weeks, called to make another offer, julio would not return call. Mind you im a cash buyer, no financing, but I guess he was to busy to help. Called up another GMC dealer, closed the deal with them in 24 hours, would not recomend this vera gmc, very poor salesmanship. Oh also the dealer I did buy from delivered my vehicle to my job, Now thats salesmanship Julio, you should take some lessons on custermor care.
