Exceptional Service
by Paula on 12/01/2021From the minute I drove in and meet with Joe, customer service rep, I knew I was in good hands. Joe walked me through the entire repair process and even had the tech come to his office so I could meet him. What other dealership does… that? To me that is real customer service, above and beyond. Joe and Valentino went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. You don’t find many people like Joe. I am glad I found him.Pembroke Pines FTW!

Used to be excellent

I didn’t appreciate that I had to sit in the car for 20 minutes after the time of my appointment for an advisor to see me.Hi, it's upsetting to hear that you did not receive the top-notch service we strive to provide.
