Way to go, MBSO!
by Douglas on 05/10/2020I have purchased 7 Mercedes since 2001 so I like the brand and the dealership. My car broke down 60 miles from the dealership. Called MBSO and reached Paul Jones. He gave us the number of Mercedes Roadside Assistance and his direct… number. MRA contacted a tow truck and then Uber to get us a ride to the dealership at no charge. Paul met us at the dealership, scheduled the car, provided a loaner car at 5:00 on a Friday afternoon, and kept in touch with us until we were able to pick up the car.We're glad to hear that your emergency situation got handled to your standards.
