    I purchased a new F 150 and brought the truck in for it's first service. I ran into some issues that I felt were not handled in the correct manner. The service manager followed up on my concerns and did a great job of assuring satisfaction in the future. I am much happier after having the opportunity to discuss my problems with the service manager.

    Started having transmission problems. Brought the car into Greenway and warranty covered all the repairs and 10 days of car rental. Couldn't be happier! Car is running great and I'm as pleased to drive it now as I was 9 months ago when I first bought it. Thanks Geanita for all you assistance.

    The service agent was very friendly and most importantly the service dept. was able to performed the service within the appointment time. I was waiting for my vehicle and service was completed within a reasonable.

    All aspects of my service were great from beginning to end. All staff were professional, courteous and eager to help. Turn around time for my service was incredible. I was very pleased with the service and staff!

    I had an oil change for my ford focus 2015, the service was great, and the facilities were very welcoming. The only bad thing about this whole experience was having to wait 1 hour and 1/2 to get the oil change.

    Service was great, went in for an oil change and they noticed I had a nail in tire, ordered a new one, put mt spare on so I could get back to work. Returned the next day, put new tire on my truck and put spare back under truck (I def didn't wan to do that).. I was very smooth..

    Very (pleasantly) surprised at the level of service and attention we received from the moment we pulled up until we left. Everyone we encountered was smiling and helpful and/or asking if we needed anything. We had tires and brakes replaced and an oil change done. David Addison was extremely helpful. Our thanks!

    I have a 2013 Ford Escape and love my car! My experience with Greenway Ford has always been great. Terry Bennett has been my Service advisor since my husband and I purchased our Ford and he is exceptional! Terry takes care of all my cars service needs and keeps me well informed of progress or delays. I actually look forward to having my car serviced so that I have an opportunity to see Terry!

    Believe it or not, it was actually my first time taking my car to a dealership service for an Oil Change. I always feel that dealerships overcharge on services like this. In any case, I took my Ford Taurus for "The Works" Service, and let me tell you, I was extremely impressed. Of course, I got the service for free, but after finding out how much it would've cost me, if I had to pay, I think, in the future, I will be taking my car to Greenway Ford Services from here on in.

    Terry Bennett in the service department went above and beyond to help us out with our 2013 Explorer. He told us what was or was not needed to be done at this point. We were not having any issues with the vehicle but wanted it serviced since it has over 53000 miles. Terry gave us great advice and we will definitely use Gateway Ford again for service.

    I made appointment on line from work ! Since I work night shift it is the best time for me to communicate. I arrived and oil change was completed and customer service was excellent.

    Quick and efficient oil change service, waiting area was very clean and had at least two T.V.s to watch. There was free coffee an or water bottles for the customers.

    The Ford team was great. From unlocking my car when the keys were locked inside to letting my car get done when my wife made the appointment with dodge. I wanted Ford to do the work because we also own a fusion.They did and everything is of course perfect.

    We went to this dealership Sat 3/5/16 and bought 2 new cars a 2016 Fusion and 2015 F-150. The F-150 was in another state so we were told they would drive it down to us, we signed all the paperwork for the 2 cars (which mind you we were there for 8 hrs doing this) and we took the Fusion home and they said we will probably get the F-150 Tues or Wens. We got a call today from the sales associate saying that there was someone interested in that Truck up in the state that it is in and we can't have the truck now, but we can pay more for another. This is such crap, why did we sign paperwork and the title transfer if we can't have the truck. They are not whiling to do anything for us but buy another for more money. They have poor customer service!!!
    • We certainly understand the client’s frustration regarding this situation. It is always our desire to deliver great service to our clients. In this instance, our ability to finalize the purchase of the truck was dependent on an out of state Ford dealer. When we contacted the dealer on Saturday, they told us the truck was available but we would need to wait until Monday to finalize the trade. In the majority of cases, this is nothing more than a formality involving the other dealer choosing what they want from our inventory in return for the vehicle we want. When we contacted the dealer on Monday morning, we were told they had a customer come in over the weekend who was interested in the truck, but had not yet finalized that deal, and that they would get back to us within 24 – 48 hours with a final answer. We communicated this to the client – telling him that we would have a final answer within that time frame. In addition, we provided some alternative trucks for him to consider in case of prior sale at the other dealer. Based upon the customer’s choice of a 2015 truck with very specific features and color, there were not many choices available. At no time did we ever tell the customer that the other truck was definitively out of the picture, as we did not know at that point, nor was the client under any obligation whatsoever to purchase an alternative. The client was free to, and in fact did, simply cancel his purchase, which we were happy to accommodate. While we certainly never want to disappoint a client, and the vast majority of our dealer trades are completed without issue, there are times when the situation is out of our control. In those situations we do our best to keep the client informed and to provide alternatives. We understand the importance of providing great customer service in today’s competitive market and always strive to do our best. In this case, we were unable to satisfy the client due to circumstances that were beyond our control. We apologized and cancelled his transaction quickly and efficiently.
