Left vehicle at dealership and was called about 2 hours later that vehicle was ready for pick up. Requested… agent to explain minor issue I had with the car and was promptly explained how issue was resolved. Nice staff.Best Customer Service

He was able to get me into a rental vehicle while mine was being serviced. I have twin toddlers and… can't be without transportation. He even was able to to get me help to move heavy items from my car to the rental. Something I would not have been able to do on my own because I am disabled.Thank you for the amazing review! by Sharon123453 on 05/12/2016I came in to have my brakes checked because they were squeaking and at the same time I decided to get my oil changed and rotate my tires everything was done in a timely manner and I was very please with the service department including… Mark Foster. The only thing I was upset about is I have a 2014 Mustang with Brembo brakes and the car has 20,530 miles and can't believe the brakes need to be fixed Kylie I'm trying to do this you and the car has 20,530 miles and can't believe the brakes need to be replaced with this amount of miles. I a hoping I want need brakes every 20,000 or so miles. Mark Foster gave me the option to go purchase my own brake pads and Greenway would install them for me so I won't lose my warranty on the vehicle. I have also opened a case with Ford Motor Company letting them know my concerns, Hoping for and will come through with the help of the cost to getting them fixed. The service rep was friendly, reassuring and polite. The only suggestion I can make is that at the Ford dealers we… dealt with in Michigan, all gave the cars a quick wash before returning to their owners. Thank you.Escape service

by rbmungal on 04/26/2016The staff is very courteous and informative. The dealership itself has areas for folks to work remote (I will add, maybe some charging areas or more plus be available). By the time the car was complete, I didn't realize the time had… passed.I'm impressed!
