  • Perfect Oil Change

    I was able to get in at the last minute for an oil change that was desperately need and I wasn't able to get to my regular mechanic. The staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. They even complimented my regular mechanic on a job well done in taking care of my car, and I thought that was very nice of them.

    As always, the service at Greenway Ford was impeccable. I have had my vehicles serviced at Greenway for almost 10 years and have never had an issue with the work performed or the people that make it happen. I was very surprised and disappointed to hear that Rick Ebanks was moving on and going to work at the Dodge store across the street from the Ford store. Because of the swift and competent service I have ALWAYS gotten working with Rick, I have made the decision to have my Ford vehicles serviced by Greenway Dodge. However, any major repairs will be reserved for the Ford store because of Jeff Hatch. Jeff is one of the Ford service techs and is a personal friend, whom I trust with my vehicles. He was the service technician who was able to diagnose the issue with the transfer case in my F250. People will typically avoid having routine maintenance performed by a dealer due to the presumed higher cost factor involved. Whether or not this presumption is correct, the outstanding service I always get from Greenway will keep me coming back.

    The overall experience was good. The contact agent was pleasant and checked on me during the waiting period to be sure that I was comfortable. After completion of my service she reviewed my check sheet with me to answer any questions that I may have. Again the experience was very good. The negative and the reason I didn't give all 10's isn't a big issue. When the car was delivered to me it wasn't as clean as when I brought it in, the car and the windows had a light film of shop dirt, a quick wash or air cleaning would have been appropriate.

    Guys did a great job...came in thinking it was the tranny gasket...service correctly diagnosed and repaired the problem...didn't push me into unneeded repair work...

    I went in for an oil change. For the volume of cars that the dealership services, the job was competed in quick manor with friendly and knowledgable receptionist staff.

    The service department is the best I have ever used. Love the level of serivce and bar is set high for other dealerships. ALthough there is a Jarret-Grdon Ford is closer to my house, I drive further to Greeneway because there service department is so much superior.

    Went very well. It took less than an hour with no reservation. They did all that was asked and more. I will be back at 10,000 miles for service again. What can I say!

    Terri was great as usual but tired of same old company line with warranty issues of "that's way it is" Solve the problem and keep your customers happy and coming back

    I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. Your sales person LaTroy Burns was extremely helpful, very informative and made you feel very comfortable and relaxed during a stressful time. Albert who did the financial portion of the sale was also great. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Everything went very smooth. Thank You so much!!     This was my first time buying a new car and I honestly only came in to test drive a new Ford Fusion. I was going to shop around and compare cars after all the online research I had completed. After I drove a 2016 model, I asked to see a 2015 and test drove that as well. Matt and Theresa were so helpful on Memorial Day weekend. It was very busy since there was such a great sale going on so even though I did have to wait a little longer than I had anticipated, it was reasonable and definitely worth the wait. I drove home in my new car and left feeling very good about the entire experience.

    Normally the only reason I come to Greenway for an oil change is the great price and also coupons. This time I had no coupons and the price was very expensive. I was quoted over the phone and when I first pulled in to give them the keys at $41.00 and when I got the bill it was $71.00. I was told they quoted me the regular not synthetic oil. I like coming to Greenway for maintenance but with these prices I will have to go elsewhere.

    I feel that the company is tries to squeeze every dollar out of there customer; that the customer is the to be satisfy and that the share holders are first. Remember that if we custormors didn't buy our cars at ford your EPS would be allot lower.

    My service tech Terry is always a pleasure to work with. I feel that he always has my truck and my safety in mind. He looks at the best service plan for my budget. I am a 4 time Ford owner. I hope that the quality of service I have received at Greenway Ford never changes.

    Needed warranty work done for the tow package trailer breaks. Work was completed on time and at no charge to me, 4 stars because at first they wanted to charge me for the work. I had to jump through a few hoops to get them to look into when I bought the truck and that it should be warranty work

    No charge. Lincoln extended the warrantee and the tail light on my 2010 MKZ failed. Greenway replaced it at no charge.
