    We were happy with the car we purchased and the price, the only thing we were not happy about was the junk fees, $995 dealer fee, and $199 Electronic filing fee.

    • I called the number you provided and when someone finally answered I asked for you and they didn't know who you were. They passed me on to a Manager and no one answered there as well, so I left a voicemail and of course no call back.

    Very good and polite service, however I was offered a car in 72 payments, and when I signed the papers I believed I had been distracted and the payment was in 84 months with the same amount as it would have been in 72, I was very disappointed, I requested Wheather mat and was not answered. Overall I was not very happy with the whole experience.

    Jon Grant was an excellent salesman and Rodney made the financing aspect of my new car purchase very seamless. Both were very helpful with answering my questions, getting me the best rates and protection plans, and staying late on a Monday night to get everything finalized for me. I’m very happy with my purchase and their service was a big part of that.

    It is funny as I work in relationship marketing to help companies get more reviews, repeats, and reviews. This team has it all together in all aspects!! I started my journey with another used auto dealer, that was in the end a liar and shifty, so at that point was not real optimistic about my used car journey, especially since I don't "need" an additional car, but just wanted one. Dave, Mo, Rodney, and the entire team were very upfront, and helpful. When I did come in with out notice, they were still so welcoming. The car we had discussed was already being pursued by another person. TO save my time I was told this upfront, and that if that deal didn't work that I would have 1st dibs, and if so could I come back in? I let them know I would want it, but it would be difficult to line up a ride since I work FT remotely from home, and my husband has his car for his work. No problem they said they would arrange a ride for me!!! I was blown away and knew I made the right choice. The next day an Uber came 43 miles to my home and took me into the dealership. Where all my information was ready, the car was impeccable and ready to go, with a FULL tank of gas by the way!! Great service, great warranty, and AMAZING people! Thank you for giving me some faith in used car dealers again!! Kudos to you, and P.S. I am in love with my 2014 QX 60, I even named it Gabby, lol! Thanks, guys you rock!!!
