They are willing to go beyond and do whatever it takes to provide quality Workmanship. My last visit on 7/3/2014, went in for… 15000 miles service,spoke with Bobby and told him several issues I had. He quickly called for a tech(John) to take a ride with me,as to duplicate the issues I had. John immediately mentioned to me what he needs to do to fix the issues. After the issues were completed, we took another test ride and very was fine. This shows the service level,quality of work and professionalism of the service department. After experiencing poor workmanship too many times at a local shop years ago I no longer gamble with such an expensive investment.
