If you choose to wait for service, their lounge area is very comfortable & accommodating.. They show video results of their… inspections before they start the work. If the work is going to take more than just a few hours, they gladly give you a loaner car for the day or overnight.Thank you for telling us why you liked this service visit, Becky! I was wondering what to do— I then meet Micheal Gooley. He proved to be very… knowledgeable and understanding. He took care of the problems.. A new battery was need to correct the problem. by Kathy A on 06/18/2024I had a flat tire and I saw a big cut in the tire. After calling aaa to put the spare little tire on, I called Germain Lexus and they said to bring it in. That’s where I met Scott Fielding. He went to work for me as my tire was only six… months old. He took pictures of the tire and after several calls, came back to the waiting area and told me I would not have to pay for a new tire. With Scott’s help I drove home with a shiny new tire.
