I had a great experience at this dealer. Everyone is helpful. Everyone says hello and can they help me. My salesman Tim Bastyr was a gentleman and put no pressure on me to buy a car. He was very informed about the car I was looking at. Even though he was out of town when I picked up my car, Matt took over and showed me everything about the car and has continued answering my many questions. This is a first rate dealership. MZahn

    Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive service writers, efficient service. I have dealt with many different dealers in my 75-year life. Lexus, in general, and Germain in particular are definitely the very best. I have come to expect the environment to be cold and indifferent so I am repeatedly surprised by Germain's real customer orientation. Jackson Kirby, my service writer, exemplified this by explaining my service with whatever detail I requested, and updated me frequently as work on my car progressed. I am always pleased with the quality of work on my car.

  • The Reluctant Customer (me)

    Germain Lexus is a large and busy dealership in an extremely wealthy community. That could combine to create an intimidating experience for someone like me who 1. Isn't wealthy and 2. Avoids crowds. It wasn't the case here. Germain has a lot of employees and each contributes to creating a customer-friendly atmosphere. Still, I get the feeling that making an appointment is advisable. While searching for a used Subaru Legacy, I had spotted this non-Lexus vehicle in Germain's inventory and made an on-line inquiry. Cary Vhugen (correct spelling and the 'V' is silent in his last name) called me back and became my salesman. I'm nervous/anxious in auto dealerships because I've always had to watch my finances, buying a car is such a major purchase, and a few high-pressure past experiences left psychological scars. Cary was a paradigm of patience from the test drive to explaining finances and the mandatory registering/titling costs. To complicate things, I was buying a car in Florida and registering and insuring it in Massachusetts. In my experience, Florida dealerships find Massachusetts is a hard state for them to deal with when it comes to paperwork. Cary and business dept. rep Cris Domingues were terrific in getting this done. In the For-What-its-worth department, this is the third time in 20-plus years that I've bought a used Subaru from a non-Subaru dealership. All have been good deals, moneywise, and great cars though I'm only two weeks and several hundred miles into this latest journey. I enjoyed the luxury-car dealership experience at Germain and would do business with this dealership and especially Cary Vhugen in the future; hopefully a number of years down the road...

  • Excellent Service and Then Some

    Scott Fielding was my Germain Lexes of Naples representative and ran point on my extensive service experience. We are from Indiana and were enjoying a vacation in the area. We drive a high mileage RX which developed a very concerning noise in the front end. We were reluctant to make the 1400 mile trip home with this problem. Being a nearly 200K vehicle we wanted to have Lexus dealership service. Enter Scott! He arranged for a tech to diagnose the problem and estimate the cost of the repair, which was struts. Scott thoroughly explained the situation and informed use we would have the use of a courtesy vehicle. As the result of Scott’s friendly, knowledgeable handling of our problem I figured it was a great time to have some other long term maintenance issues cared for. So I had the spark plugs replaced, transmission flushed and oil replaced, regular engine oil service. The car runs and looks better than it has in some time. Oh, the “and then some?” I managed to leave my cell phone in the courtesy car and Scott spent considerable time chasing me around to reunite me with my phone. I have to say that Germain Lexus of Naples and Scott Fielding have been a surprise highlight of our vacation. Dave & Carole Foutz Elkhart, Indiana

    I used the website option to book a service appt and was able to land one the next AM. I was greeted quickly by my service agent Danny Rusinik and he had me in my way quickly with a loaner. A great video from the mechanic let me know the car was in good hands, and before lunch time, I was able to pick it up.

    Our service consultant was Adria Levy. She advised how long the service would take and that the car wash was currently being repaired. We told her that our car was really in need of a wash. She then told us she would try to get a hand washing for our car!

    I’ve been soliciting offers for a nice certified Lexus from several dealerships in a 200 mile radius. I had the specs I wanted, model and year, miles, no accidents, service history, and color. Bob Reisch from Germain Lexus responded on the first go and kept in touch as cars were taken in by his dealer. He sent fact filled responses, alerted me when a great car came in, and we landed on a nice car within a few weeks. His sales approach was very professional and low key, instead of the badgering style of some guys. We took a drive, then got to a good price quickly. We dispensed with the add-ons that they’re required to offer, closed, and Bob connected us to the app and service group. We’re Germain customers now and gave Bob the next model to look out for down the road.

    My ES350 had a dead battery. I replaced the battery because I couldn't bring the car to Lexus, as it was stuck in my garage. Scott went above and beyond, reminding me that the battery was under warrantee, and that Lexus would reimburse me for the cost. He did a great job, no one provides service like Scott and Lexus. This is my second Lexus and I wouldn't buy any other brand of automobile.
