Courteous and Professional Service Department
by O on 07/06/2022Since our first visit back in 2010, my wife and my experience with Germain Lexus of Naples has been very positive from both the sales team and service team. My experience with the service department for all these years has been excellent… and the entire service team are very courteous and professional. For the last several years I have dealt with my service advisor, Kirby Jackson. He has been great and very helpful with a number of issues that have came up with our LS460 Lexus. He has always been able to resolve them in a timely and professional manner. He is always upbeat, courteous and professional. He is a real keeper for the dealership. In summary, the owners and management of Germain Lexus of Naples should be applauded for running a very organized, courteous and professional dealership. On the other hand, My experience with some of the other Germain dealerships have been so positive. Disappointments: The cappuccino selection in the coffee machine did not work and I miss the breakfast pastry assortments that the service department used to provide. Your hourly labor rate for the service department seems to be really ballooning.Thank you for taking the time to leave us this excellent review!
