Our new RX350
by Tim E on 04/05/2023We went to drive a new RX350 mostly out of curiosity. We were greeted by Nick Artino who was able to find a new vehicle that matched what we were interested in. We were driving a 2017 RX350 and I had just put several thousand dollars into… our car since we intended to drive it for several more years. Long story short, we ended up buying a car that we had no intention of buying when we came down. Nick Artino would be the primary reason that we arrived at this decision.Tim, thanks for letting us know how satisfied you were with Nick's assistance during this dealership experience. Leland Glesmer Knows How to Service Lexus Owners

My Service Advisor was Leland Glesmer and he was extremely professional and efficient. He monitored my service and sent me emails to… apprise me of the process. He told me it would take about an hour and he was correct. Leland was very personable and easy to work with during my service appointment. In addition, I asked Leland for help me learn how to turn on the fan without AC as I like to ride often with the windows open when the weather is conducive to doing so. He was very patient with me and helped me write down the steps so I wouldn’t forget how I do it in the future. Leland was so good I will ask for him to be my service advisor when I make my next service appointment. He is excellent.Thanks so much, Barry!
