I was initially put off because it took 10 days to schedule service and on the day of service Charles asked if I would reschedule because they were busy. I told him I was traveling soon and he agreed to… take the car but needed it to stay overnight and refused my request for a loaner car. Subsequently it needed to be in the shop for 3 days and he finally did provide a loaner car. The car problem was corrected and in the end he was cordial and professional so after some initial misgivings I was satisfied with the service I received.Thank you for your business and for sharing feedback about your experience. Explained what to expect with a BMW and he checked all our boxes in… what type of vehicle we were looking for.Also we were not familiar with BMW and took the time to show and explain everything little detail. It was like he could read our minds and questions.
