If you want a serios person Luis De Los Santos is you sales person. I have Leases car for years and I not have any complaints. He is the best and also Jovanny the finance guy.

No car salesman baloney, just works to get you the car and the deal you… want. The fiance experience has also always been fabulous -- friendly and seamless. The dealer contacted me with 24 hours of my e-mail stating my intentions to buy and had a bottomline… quote within minutes. The number was fair, very much in my budget and a win-win for both of us. We made up our minds to buy the Rogue on Friday morning, made an appointment to meet at 5:00 PM and drove away in the new vehicle at 7:30 PM! We coundn't have been happier with the service we received from Mr. C. (Sales) and Mr. C. (Finance). The information they gave us was accurate and honest and cleared away any reservations we may have had about buying this car. The showroom was immaculate and we enjoyed looking over the vast array of cars as we waited to sign all the pertinent documents. So far so good until the… finance manager "Ronnie" looked upset when I refused to buy his extended warranty program. Oh well, can't win them all.Best thus far in car purchasing for me...

I started the process online, inquiring about a Nissan Altima SV. From that inquiry started the negotiation process. I advised them I… was coming with a trade-in, my own financing and additional money down, so I was looking for the best possible deal on the car. I have to say they gave me what I wanted on the trade-in, they found me a better financing deal than I located on my own and the customer service throughout the buying process was wonderful. When I arrived at the dealer for my appointment, my paperwork was already there, and ready for final processing to sign, all I needed to do, was pick the car I wanted. At the time of signing, the finance manager ever found me a slightly lower rate, than the one they had already found for me, so I honestly can't complain. I got what I wanted, the way I wanted and there was no time wasting or haggling involved. I highly recommend them.Hello and thank you for this honest feedback.
