    I found my new car online. I live in Illinois, and the car was all of the way in Miami. The team, especially Victoria in Finance, was great to deal with; they answered all of my questions through whatever means I was using at the time: text, phone, email. I was able to get the deal put together, and everything was set to go when I arrived at the dealership. They made it very easy, and I got a great deal on the Mini I wanted!

    Was in the market for a new lease vehicle and the Mini Cooper always had my interest. Mini Sales Advisor Melvin C. greeted us and showed us a few showroom Mini's and introduced us to his manager. This was our very 1st dealership visit, and having not test driven any cars yet, they recommended we shop around the market and make a return visit. Two days later, and after driving a couple other vehicles, we were back to test drive a Mini. We explained to Melvin our budget and vehicle needs, who then researched all inventory (which Braman Mini Miami supposedly has the largest in South FL) and showed us a few choices - both 2015 (which had better purchase incentives) and 2016; and in both 4 door Mini Cooper and Countryman (great for interior space) models. After running the numbers, and as recommended prior, the 2015 Mini Cooper 4 door was the way for us to go... and this was after Melvin's manager worked his magic for the best deal possible. Car selection - check Test drive - check Negotiated price - check Then learning that Service & Maintenance is included at no additional cost... happy days. Last stop, Finance Dep't and Jay was really helpful with explaining the key lease details along with optional dealership insurance packages (I really hate optional insurance... but you never really need it until you need it). They were ready to clean and deliver my Mini the same day, but not being in a rush, I asked them to get the windows tinted and to collect my new ride following the weekend, and they were totally accommodating, and got it all done in time. Melvin followed with a text after delivering vehicle to ensure if I was happy with new car and even extended himself to assist with some other minor stuff post sale.

    After my research, I went to this dealer and was told to wait 3 weeks for the Mini with the color and optionals that I was looking for to arrive in stock after a promise from a saleswoman Antonella. She called me several times to give me the status of the car. We spent a lot of time since test drive to price agreement before the car arrive. I went to the store three times and we agreed on price. When the car was finally released from the port one month later, I went to the dealer minutes after receiving the call from the store that the car was in stock waiting for me. When I arrived in the store, a weird thing happened. Another salesman said that Antonella was off and he would help to close the deal. Since this is not usual, I though that some emergency happened to her, but he confirmed that she was just off that day. I called her and text her without receiving any call or text back. It was so weird since she was very responsive until this moment. Here is why: When I asked to see the car, to make sure that the car was the one that I was looking for as promissed by Antonella, he said that the car was sold few minutes before but he could get the same car and color with way more optionals that I don't want in 2 weeks, and the car would increase the price we agreed only in 6K. I explained that we have agreed on the price and the car and they sold the car, so I was not interested to pay 6K more for the same car and they simply didn't care, they said this is a popular car and they couldn't low the price for this car. I wasted so much time for nothing! Don't buy from this place, they are not reliable. They don't want you as a client, they want to gamble with you. I called the manager and asked why did they call me to come over to close the deal if the car was sold. He said that he didn't know the case because they sell so many cars. They are arrogant. They really think that you are stupid and would buy anything they want to sell to you. I am back to the starting point after 4 weeks because of this place. Don't believe what they say, even if they promisse and agree on price with you. I am so angry with their lack of respect and professionalism. I though that I was dealing with a top-tier brand dealer, but this is a butch alike sales deptm dealer who doesn't care.
