  • Needs better service

    Made an appointment for an oil change and got there at the time and they were short of staff so they didn’t honor appointments they did first come first serve. Asked to see if they can top off coolant and the technician did just that and didn’t put the cap back on to the reservoir. Went back later to check to see if it was done and notice the lid still off and hanging on a rubber hose. They also have free complimentary automatic wash after service and that wasn’t done. we had never had to ask for it until this time.

    Excellent service from David Valdes at Bomnin Chevrolet West Kendall. We tested the electric cars, the Chevrolet options, both the Blazer and the Equinox EV, are excellent. I appreciate the attention of David Valdes, who has great professionalism in the knowledge of cars. In our case, we saw three different models, so he was very patient and in the end we stayed with this beautiful Equinox EV LT.

  • Brand new truck broke.

    My brand new Colorado with 200 miles had all the cameras stop functioning. It took 2 days in the shop to diagnose the problem and now the parts won’t be for at least a month. Absolutely no compensation has been offered. As a 40 year Ford fan this is my first Chevy. I am not happy.

    I bought my car at Bomnin Chevrolet with an extended guaranty and for the first time in my life I was able to use a warranty. Michael was our service advisor, and he was very professional and friendly. The repairs were covered 100% with the exception of the deductibleI was very satisfied with the service.

    I had Mr. Michael Sherota as adviser. 10 o clock appointment. He took me right in, explained what the car needed for service. Checked on my recall and promised the car within the hour. Really quick and easy process. Michael and team were amazing. This dealership has really improved their services. Thank you!

  • Will charge you for nothing....not even a bag of air included.

    I was stranded, when my truck broke down pulling a camper on vacation more than 500 miles from home. I had the truck towed to this dealership. 3 days later I received a call stating the ECM had been altered and they would not work on the truck. The truck had been serviced and repaired by two Chevrolet dealerships within two weeks of being towed to this dealership. I had to have the truck towed to another mechanic but even more insulting was the truck was held hostage for a $200.00 diagnostic fee. I have no problem paying a diagnostic fee, but nothing was diagnosed. I received zero services in exchange for my money and no empathy for someone in an hour of need. I do not recommend utilizing this dealership for any services. Anyone who would charge you $200.00 and give you nothing in exchange does not engage in moral, ethical or honest business practices. Galatians 6:7

    I decided to take my 2008 Chevy express 1500 with reduce engine power issue to the dealer for repair. I was quoted $1500.00 for repair on 7/14/22. After 7 towing at my expense the trouble continues. These are the worst excuse for a service department I have ever encounter. Not one call back from the service department ever if the vehicle service was completed. I had to constantly call them or show up to see if it was finished. Either they can’t find the problem or they don’t want to touch the vehicle but won’t return the money. Don’t recommend Bomnin Chevrolet service dept. very unprofessional!!

    My experience there was the best I’ve ever had purchasing a new vehicle, I applied for the vehicle on a Monday and I was Driving it home 48 hours later on Wednesday, I had to Fly from Tampa to Miami to pick up the vehicle. GEORGE DEKKI went far and beyond exceptional in doing his job,he handled everything over the phone and got me approved quick for the vehicle, we set the date for me to come in and everything was done and quick and painless, I was back on the road driving back to Tampa a little after 10 after they opened at 9am that day. I shared my experience with all my colleagues at work and my friends and told them how great it was and that they need to go purchase a vehicle at this facility, I’ll never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle without coming here first. Thank you guys.

    Since my last visit I noticed the area where drop off for service wasn't backed up. I was promised my truck would be ready in 1-1 1/2 hrs it was done in 45 minutes great service. I always make my appointments with service Rep. David Schumacher. No BS he a straight shooter, and listens to me without interrupting. Satisfied customer! Jerry G

    Bomnin Chevrolet. had my vehicle for four (4) months waiting for a part that they say was "Back Ordered". I was never compensated for my loss of business and because they gave me a loner, they feel they did the right thing. No communication from Bomnin whatsoever if I didn't call them, I would never hear from them, you call to find out the status, and they say we will call you back, and Never Ever hear back from them. I will be seeking an attorney for losses I encountered with my business since they could not even supply me with a pickup truck as a loaner for my landscaping business. I will be trading in mt GMC and purchasing from a different company. I have been a GMC customer for over twenty years, I AM DONE!.....GMC went downhill quickly to say the least.

    The salesperson was great. Mayandi is very detailed and easy to work with. I did not appreciate that the dealer/management advertises one price online, and to make the purchase happen, they force you to get overpriced tinted windows and wheel locks. It is extremely unethical. Management needs to resolve and better handle how they promote vehicles and approach the mandatory add-ons.

    Our salesman, Jonathan Pichardo, was great! First time in my life that I felt a car dealership was being honest with me. The finance Manager, Manuel Sanchez, was equally as great! This was my best car dealership experience!

    I am still waiting for the email with the information of what was done to my vehicle. Cashier said she would send because of all the writing on the order. I have the receipt but no details, I paid almost $1000 and the prepaid oil change was not done. Can’t answer because I don’t know! Upsetting.
