Not meet expectactions

They said that due to climate issues they would not do it, which makes no sense. by Alexander on 08/16/2023Everything worked wonderfully from the reservation of the appointment that was immediate to the entire process of repairing the car, really impeccable, I did not have to wait, I asked if I could rent a car and they immediately assigned me a… car until the next day at no cost . from Mr. Gabriel Fernandez who called him for the appointment and coordinated it immediately to Mr. Jorge Calas who seemed to me to be an extraordinary person, friendly, super helpful, attentive to every detail. It simply couldn't be better, but what impressed me the most was the willingness of all the employees to serve everyone well, from spare parts that I wanted to buy to a Nissan key ring, a boy named Cristian helped me, I congratulate them, in addition to the fact that I have 2 cars new nissan a murano and an Armada that are extraordinary carsThank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. From the beginning Hector Carrera has taken excellent care of me and… helping me with the extended service contract. I have recommended Nissan on SW 8th street to many people. However, last service I was told my tires would be rotated. They were not!Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. Very sorry to hear that your tires where not rotated.
