by joe on 03/22/2019is not recommended at all give you a lot of pressure to not go to your house to think it, they cheat you with your trade of your car, always the seller is calling the supervisor to press you more and they do not let you go they always say… wait and wait to call you to the supervisors and they are pressing, I do not recommend it at all if you are going to buy a new car, go to another side give better icentivos and better offersNo lo recomiendo
by Jhonny on 03/19/2019Porque no me sale el comentario lo borran o que pero cada semana lo republico 1Esa una estrella no va a cambiar, 1ro no evalúan bien el precio de un carro, perdí más de 5-6k $ por hacer el trade con ellos cuando otros lados te ofrecen mucho… más "consulten en otro lados antes de venir acá", 2do cuando eres primer comprador, el vendedor te llama al. Manager para meterte labia y presionarte diciendo mucha cosa que te enreda la cabeza para comprar el carro, no te dejan irte así nada más a cada rato te llaman al manager cuando preguntas alguna cosa del precio antes de compsr el carro, mi recomendación es sólo dar precio y ya, no estén llamando al. Manager y nada de eso para meterte más muela, 3ro con lo respecto de 2do pierdes mucho. Tiempo, cuando pregunte precio solo den lo que uno va a preguntar y ya no estén presionando y no este tras de uno a cada rato, 4to tampoco dan buenos incentivos comparados a otros, 5to espero que la atención de servicio de mecánica sea mejor aunque por ahora no tenga falla mecánica, hubiera quedado mi antiguo carro estaba mejor....Nos decepciona saber que no tuvo una experiencia más positiva con nosotros en AutoNation Ford Miami. Nos gustarÃa trabajar para llegar a una resolución, asà que si está dispuesto, comunÃquese con nosotros al (877) 203-7857 para hablar sobre esto más a fondo.

I always bring my two keys whenever I tread in or sell a car..With this purchase, I have only one key… and I am not happy. Hopefully, someone at Auto Nation will contact the previous owner and request the 2 nd key for me. If I have to purchase a 2nd key I am sure it will be in the hundreds of dollars. keService recall visit
