Fraudulent Business Practices
by Jim OGrady on 10/15/2023I bought a jeep that was advertised as a Rubicon Hard Rock. When I pointed out that it was not a Hard Rock edition, they never changed the listing. The salesman then offered to give me $500 from his commissions if I went through with the… purchase (I have texts confirming this). They were also supposed to send the 2nd key for the vehicle. Six weeks later, I have never seen any of this money, and the dealership has not sent me the 2nd key. Every time I contact them, I get false promises that that the check and key will be sent.BAIT and SWITCH
by Bill on 08/22/2021Dealer listed in their heading that the Mercedes included the MAGIC SKY option. This is a $2500 dealer option. I confirmed via email that it had this option. The dealer confirmed. I drove 2 plus hours to buy this car with the rare Magic… Sky. The car did not have the option. The dealer pointed to the glass sunroof and said that is the Magic Sky. I told him that I can show hi in a 1 minute youtuce video that this car did not have the option. The vehicle original sticker also did not show the option. In short, using their logic, EVERY car has 4 wheel drive because cars have 4 wheel s and they drive. Be careful!!!!! They could have simply said, "I was wrong" or "I made a mistake."Satisfied customer

About our dealership
Bill, please called the dealership and we confirmed that the vehicle had a glass top which we thought was Magic Sky control. We've been selling these vehicles for over a year now as Magic Sky control with a glass top (not dealer installed option, this came straight from Mercedes). We told Bill upfront when he arrived, the glass top got darker or lighter depending the brightness outside. Bill informed us that YouTube said that this was not Magic Sky control and we told him we would confirm this Monday morning (first available time, since this was Saturday afternoon and Mercedes was not available). Bill obviously was looking for an argument and we were not interested in debating a fact, that we had been represeting for over a year. We confirmed a few minutes ago with Mercedes that indeed Bill was correct. With that said, just another example of people that have no other agenda than to trash an honest dealer. We have pity for Mr. Bill! Autowise.net, the Smart Choice!!
