by Ofuze14u on 11/08/2017Agreed on price with gmc incentives, one of the incentives was gone when signing. Was not told why until I asked. Miles was listed as 19 on sales papers only to discover it was 132 when I drove it after all papers were signed. No test drive… was offered. No one ever went over the vehicle with me. Floor mats missing and delivered to me only when I called and complained. No antenna on vehicle until I complained. I have purchased lots of new vehicles and this was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had.Leasing a car with ease and value

I have bought from the auction paid cash because my experience was so bad. i was given the price in the ad no bait and switch and johnathan dent also found me… some other ways to save even more money i would strongly recomend mr.dent and ferman.GMC CANYON TRUCK

The team was extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicles we were interested in… which was a different from my experience with other dealers in the Tampa/Brandon area. I would recommend Ferman Buick GMC to anyone looking for a great no pressure sales team. My wife and I are extremely happy with our decision to go with GMC after being life long Toyota and Nissan customers.Ferman Buick's the best!!!

I drove a long distance to look at a car there but due to kids/obligations couldn't get the paperwork filled out. They refused to do anything to hold the car until we… could get paperwork signed. Not even a deposit. They said I had to buy it right there with no test drive and without my wife looking at it. The car has now sold. All they care about is the money, so be aware.exceptional experience!

Sal Calicchio has great people skills and is very knowledgeable about… leasing, economics of it and of the cars that he is selling. He is honest and trustworthy and you know it is genuine. It was the most stress free and actually enjoyable time we had. Our salesman, Tony, was patient, knowledgeable, and approachable.… Our general sales mgr, Luke, was extremely personal , fair and welcomed us like family. AJ, our business manager was equally professional and helpful. All in all it was a fantastic purchase experience! Thanks to everyone!Bait and Switch
by EncoreGuy on 07/26/2015After seeing this dealership's excellent prices online, I drove there from 1.5 hours away. As soon as I arrived, I had to look for a salesperson as none were out looking for customers. A gent introduced himself as Tony and I showed him… what I printed from online and said I would like to see that red Buick Encore. He took the paper and said he would get the keys. After about 7 minutes, he returned and said "Well, we don't have that car, it sold yesterday (sure it did), but I brought the keys for another red one" (imagaine that). I said, "Ok. I'll be interested if I can get the same deal for one of the same MSRP." He assured me I could. We went to get that car to drive and...you guessed it...although he had the keys, the car was nowhere to be found on the lot. I then said, "There is a blue one over here that has the same MSRP." Tony replied "I'll get the keys for that one, and the keys for the white one parked in front of it." This time, 10 minutes went by, Tony returned and said "Well, I have the keys for the blue one, but we can't seem to find the keys for the White One." Really? REALLY? This is the point where I should simply have left, however I stayed. They finally found the keys for the white one and he told me the stock number was wrong, which lead to another wrong stock number and finally the keys...see a pattern here? I liked the white one and it cost $995 more on MSRP thatn the others. I asked if I could get the same deal on it and pay the extra $995, Tony assured me I could. We took the white one for a drive, when we returned, we took the blue one for a drive. Upon return I said, I will take the blue one for the price I printed from online, and if you can do the white one for $995 more, I will buy it instead. ONCE AGAIN he assurred me they could do both deals. This is now 4 assurances that he can match THEIR OWN ADVERTISED ONLINE PRICE....not another dealership's, but THEIR OWN. We go inside and start the appraisal process for my car and he gets the information ready for the sales manager to run the numbers I confirmed AGAIN we could do the price and he said YES we will do it. A few minutes later Tony comes out and says, "I have some bad news, the advertised price on the car is a MISPRINT." Really? REALLY? Recall, that the VERY FIRST thing I did when arriving at the dealership was show him the printed out advertised price of the vehical and that he already confirmed 5 times now he could do. I went to my car and brought in the printouts for 5 other Buick Encores that I printed directly off the Ferman Buick GMC website the evening before. He looked at all the printouts and then pulled up the website from his desk. Every one of the cars that just 12 hours before I had printed out were $6000 MORE on the website. Clearly at the top of the website in giant print it says "All Internet Pricing is good until August 10, 2015". He brought all of this to the attention of the sales manager who then came out and introduced himself and began to state that a BIG MISTAKE had happened. He stated he had no idea where the pricing on the original car came from...it stated clearly on the printout cars.com, and he had the printout now for 2 hours. He said, "We didn't even have that car." Funny, Tony said it sold the day before. Then, he stated the prices I printed from their own dealer website were MISTAKES. I said, 'Really? You mistaken priced 5 different vehicals, all off by $6000?" He said, "Apparently yes, but they have now been fixed." I said, what are you going to do for this deal? He said, "What I can do is sell you the car for COST minus REBATE minus our DEALER FEE." I said, "show me the numbers." He came back with a number that was, you guessed it, still $6000 MORE than the advertised prices!! I chatted with Tony a bit, and I said, "Is this something you do every day?" His answer was, "Yes every day of the week." I said, "Thank you for admitting that." He then said, "I was being facitious." I think no, this was the first time you were being truthful all day. He made a verbal contract with me 5 times, and then they made no effort whatsoever to make anything even close to right. I did not buy the car and left disgusted. Its obvious from other reviews on this site and on other sites thatn this dealership is staffed [non-permissible content removed] and operates with UNETHICAL business practices. It is unfortunate, I purchased my previous 9 cars from another dealership in another state, and likely would have purchased my next 8 after this one from Ferman...but not with this nonsense!!NEVER AGAIN WITH THESE GUYS
by thyduke on 06/18/2015We went here to purchase a car, we informed them we are pre-approved through our credit union 100% so it is or should be a No Brainer then, WELL, lol,,not even that is easy anymore when your dealing with a finance guy that has greed on the… brain and puts that before a customer, a sale and even one of his salesman. It is SAD. All we wanted was to purchase that car we called in about, already agreed on a price, saw 23 good and clear pictures of it on Autotrader and loved it, took a Bank draft there for the full amount and i will be darned, it was still not good enough, the finance Mang. says o, come on, give me 5 min and allow me to at least try and save you some more money by putting you through MY Banks. LOL, Come on,now, really?, that 5 min went into 45 min sitting there waiting, which went into *I will call you tomorrow with the results* (And then shotgunning our credit and lowering our score even more by sending us to many different banks (WHICH WE SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM NOT TO DO) and remember, we already had a bank draft for the full amount in hand already. Well tomorrow went into 2 days and then into 3 days and no return calls from that Finance Mang. after we called him 6-9 times in 3 days leaving voice messages with NO Return calls from him at all until i was forced to be the Bad Guy and leave him a nasty voice message on day 3 as to if no return call today from you, i will hit the reviews and call your boss. All this time we have the car in our possession but our draft and paperwork sits on his desk awaiting his promise to save us money by getting us financed through his banks. What a disrespectful, greedy finance mang. I will say that we have purchased our last car ever from these folks because of that finance Mang. not even returning our 6-9 calls in 3 days, then finally we get him on the phone on day 3 and his excuse was *I was in a meeting, sorry*, lol, no problem bro, you just cost your salesman another sale that my wife was gonna purchase this week also from them. I would hope that this finance mang. is able to realize that he almost also lost this sale as well due to his unprofessional and uncaring as well as lack of any attention at all to us as customers. I bet he couldn't care less. The Salesman was great though. We did buy the car through our credit union bank draft from here but were put through the ringer with the Fin. Mangs Greed in place of any and all customer service or concerns or even credit damaging cares at all. What a down right shame, you can't even step onto a dealerships lot anymore with cash in full and in hand to buy a car without them STILL trying to get more out of you and in that process, causing you more damage to your credit with inquires then needed, WE WERE ALREADY PRE-APPROVED 100% BEFORE EVEN WALKING ON THERE PROPERTY and gave then there asking amount, still not good enough, and that Fin Mang. laughed at us on the last call without any care at all for us as buying/paying customers. He has proven to be a [non-permissible content removed] is all he is. Sad.
