  • Great Experience

Had a great experience in purchasing my new 2016 Hyundai Tucson. Justin Taylor treated me great; he was considerate, knowledgeable, and got me the car that I wanted, which was not initially in inventory when I initially visited the showroom.

It was a fine experience. Everyone that we dealt with was very professional and helpful. Our sales rep., David T, was terrific.

  • BEST SALES EXPERIANCE EVER

5 out of 5 starsby BobVillages on 10/08/2015

Carl Gregg, with his wife, Nina, was the most understanding and helpful salesman ever! We came into the dealership with a family situation, and Carl was very understanding and went out of his way to find a solution! We test drove several vehicles and looked at many to find our perfect match! The time and effort Carl put into our purchase was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced! We will recommend Carl Gregg to everyone!

  • Started with purchasing a Tucsun to a Sante Fe Sport

Hundai was offering a 0% down and 60 mos financing. Price and payments were important. The Sales person and the Finance Manager both met my needs.

  • Dishonest.

    1 out of 5 starsby jlipson1 on 08/13/2015

Requested a specific car, Elantra GT in manual.. I was told by the Internet Sales Manager (in writing) that they had 2 available. I drove over 60 miles each way through $10+ in tolls to look at a car that did not even exist on their lot. The icing on the cake is that I told the Internet Sales Manager on the phone that I did not want to get "baited" and drive an hour to a different dealership to find out they didn't have a car they claimed..

  • Jenkins comes thru again

    5 out of 5 starsby Luci007 on 07/24/2015

This is the 4th car I've got from a Jenkins dealer. The 1st 2 were Honda, the 3rd was Hyundai and now the 4th is also a Hyundai. The showroom is immaculate, everyone is extremely helpful and polite. We couldn't afford to buy a 2016 Hyundai Elantra Sedan, but our salesman, Greg Jones worked with us and his finance dept. till he worked it out. Our payment went from $327 to $330. I am now driving the 2016 Elantra I always wanted in my favorite color with all the bells & whistles. I have a sunroof & a back-up camera. What could be better? I couldn't be happier! They have never pressured me, there was no pushing, saying the deal was only good immediately. We were given the option to go home and think about it. We talked privately in the parking lot and decided to do it. This is the 1st time we are leasing a car. But after having it fully explained to me I believe this is a better way to go since I trade my car every 2-3 years anyway.

  • Same circus different dealer

2 out of 5 starsby BirdMiler on 07/14/2015

This dealership is basically the same as any dealership, they aren't sure what the price is until they ask you how much you want to pay. Is anyone actually stupid enough to answer such a question? When you buy a new iPhone, are you asked how much you are willing to pay for it? Of course not. They play the same circus act. I worked with Paul who was very nice and did the best he could to find the car I wanted. Unfortunately between the dishonest advertising and [non-permissible content removed] for an online sales manager (Steven), he didn't stand a chance of selling a car. Avoid Steven at all costs, he is incredibly insulting. Obviously my next Hyundai will be coming from another dealer.
  • Very nice experience

    5 out of 5 starsby cns1225 on 07/08/2015

We had done our research before visiting the dealership. We knew what we wanted and what we wanted to pay monthly on a lease. Our salesman had helped us with our previous lease. He was friendly, easy to talk to and did not pressure us at all. We told him what we were looking for, he brought us the car (we didn't have to go searching in the lot in the hot sun) and we leased the first car he brought to us. Love our new Gensis!
  • Very Happy Customer

5 out of 5 starsby LynnLink on 06/30/2015

I have the Best Sales gal out there, Sharla Ali, this is my 2nd Hyundai Veloster. I started with the 2013 basic in the Vitamin C Pearl and now I've moved up to the 2015 Turbo Veloster with all the Bells & Whistles in the Same Color! I highly recommend if you're interested in a new car go see Sharla, she will make it an enjoyable experience. ....I am Very Happy with my new car and am getting so many compliments on it... She's a Beauty and seems it was made just for ME. When I get in, it seems to just hug me, the seat feels like I had it Custom made.
  • Dealer's Documentation Fees

    3 out of 5 starsby jacke47 on 06/29/2009

I STRONGLY suggest that before you, as a buyer, sign any car purchase paperwork that you ask the salesperson or the manager or the finance person about the requirement to pay the alleged legal and mandatory additional $599.00 for the dealer documentation and preparation fee. Ask them to itemize the additional costs. In fact you may do well to mention this fee during initial negotiation. I may be wrong but that additional FEE seems like a rather large sum for a service that originally had no fee or a nominal fee attached. Aditionally, I once asked a salesrep what the ADM price meant on the sticker price. I found out that it meant ADDITIONAL DEALER MARK-UP for no service whatsoever. That means less money in your pocket and more money in theirs and the fee is considered as NON-NEGOTIABLE as is Jenkin's documentation/preparation fee. You can do your own DMV work-- registration, tag, title etc for next to no cost. Caveat emptor--buyer beware!

when you look at the MSRP sticker there will be a strip of add ons which is basically all dealer profit. I call this the rip off sticker because if you tell them you don't want any of that and to rip it off they will. you can then start talking about price from the MSRP down. also if they try to sell you an extended warranty you don't need it for 5 years and can buy it then if you still have the car. all electronics are warrantied for 5 years except the radio for 3 years. they may lie to you and try to tell you only 3 years on electronics to sell a warranty.

I recommend Jenkins Hyundai as a great Dealership to buy your next vehicle. I was treated with respect, they quickly found the car I wanted exterior & interior color and we negotiated a fair bottom-line for me.
