    Fields service went out of their way to pick up a new tire and get it installed on my car so I could make it to an out of town appointment and trip on time.

    Went in for a routine oil change when Albert Darby noticed that my vehicle needed a couple of BMW campaign replacements. He took care of all the work and made sure the vehicle checked out ok in all other areas. Great job Albert!

    I purchased 2 (new) used vehicles at Fields in the past year. Everything there is first rate from the facilities, sales representatives, business manager, general manager, to the service department. I have recommended Fields to friends and I intend to purchase any future vehicles there.

    I thought about giving my vehicle up but every time I go in for service I feel so special.. no way do I want to give this up. I really enjoy my vehicle and this company. Never had a bad experience.

    Service did a great job repairing my headlights and keeping me informed as to when the specially ordered parts arrived so repair could be made.

    I love everything about Fields BMW service. You treat me like a valued customer. Thank you Albert. I'm very happy with the service provided to my car. I got a trailer hitch installed. Everything was well done, my car was also checked, windshield wipers changed, and the car came back (you guys delivered to me) spotless; super clean. Thank you!

  • Needed a new runflat tire

    Ran over something and screwed up the RR runflat tire. Called my service advisor and arranged to have my BMW brought to the dealership on a roll-back wrecker. Field's replaced the tire and gave me a wash, vacuum and after I paid a reasonable price I was on my way.

    It was still on warantee but if it hadn't been it would feel a bit high.

    Mike at Fields BMW of Lakeland is Amazing. He communicates all aspects of the service details. His attention to detail and promptness in responding raises the bar in this industry. I live in Tampa and prefer to drive to Lakeland for purchasing and service/maintenance over Reeves, any day! Buying the car was easy, maintaining it through Mike and Lakeland BMW Service Team is certainly the reason I will return to Fields for my next car. Great relationship! Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. It is always a "Great Experience" I have been returning to Fields in Lakeland and Orlando for 7 years (4 vehicles)... you will not find better customer service!

    Had a very good service appointment with Selina Casal. It was an oil change and general check. I was told how long it would take and everything was done perfectly. This is my second BMW with Fields and they have always been helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Fields for BMW purchase and service.
