    One salesperson started out nice with a southern accent. After he earned our business, he and the dealership lied about when I would get the new car they "ordered" for me. I waited 12 weeks. They kept saying it is coming, it was lost in transit... but it's all B.S. Why do that when you know that customer service is what keeps your business going. Disappointed, but not surprised. Would not use them again, or recommend to anyone who breathes oxygen.

  • BUY HERE IF WANT TO BE SCAMMED

    They tried to scammed me for about 2500 with bogos extra charged and offered only partial price trade in value despite me using their site for appraisal and getting much higher price. I refused to be scammed and they were very unhappy that I pointed it out. I walked away. Will get better deal and service elsewhere.

  • Worst Customer Service - No Follow Up

    This dealership has a beaufiful Jeep GC that I inquired about. Not only did I receive multiple blanketed sales calls and emails in which no one know I was talking with someone else, but even the manager, Don, didn't follow up with me. I am about 3 hours away from this dealership and wanted to do a live Zoom call (which their website says they do) as well as talk about cost to see if it was worth my driving down south for a test drive. I was told that they don't really do Zoom calls but if they did, that a manager would have to do it, and I was also basically pushed aside because I wasn't an in-person sale. Two people I talked with pushed me aside because they're "soooo busy with March Madness sales." I mean, how rude is that??? I'm a potential sale too. I literally called 4-5 times before a decent person, Cody, called me and did the FaceTime call however that was all he could do. He couldn't talk numbers nor finance and when he told me he'd have his manager (Don, again) call me the next day, I never heard a peep! I've never dealt with such a terrible dealership in my life. The lack of follow up or consideration on a vehicle after I noted numerous times how interested I was and called and emailed more than enough. This Jeep was my #1 choice but after dealing with these folks, I will not be making the drive to even see it. I can understand now why it's been on their lot for over two months!

    Do not spend any time at this dealership. It’s smoke and mirrors, disrespect. Show up twice to a dealership, send emails text messages, get one lame response on an email. Terrible customer service. Use this dealership for a price, then go somewhere else.

  • Terrible

    This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had, if I could return the vehicle I would. I spent 9 hours at the dealership mostly waiting. The vehicle (2018 Grand Cherokee, 11k miles for $32k) was brought to me around back at night so I didn’t realize that it was filthy. When I called the “VIP Sales Manager”, Don McCain, he said that they didn’t have the staff to clean the vehicle for me, even though I was charged a $899.00 service fee for cleaning and an inspection. Once I left the lot I saw that it was 4 months overdue for an oil change, the windshield washer fluid was empty and the pressure went low on a tire. The very next day the check engine light came on. The vehicle was obviously not inspected either. Don made multiple promises and never delivered anything but excuses. I requested basic sales documents 3 times with 2 separate employees and still haven’t received anything weeks later. I was not given the spare key because it wasn’t at the dealership for some reason. Don was supposed to mail me the spare key the following day but I still haven’t gotten it 3 weeks later. This place is terrible and the sales manager claims to be too busy to follow through with anything.

    2nd vehicle from this dealership. Love the people here, the honesty about the deal and numbers, and I love the Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge brand. I think they make a good product.

    Just leased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sales team was SO easy to work with, stayed within my budget, and did not push any “extras”. Dudley, DJ, and Mike were easy to talk to, honest, and to the point. Enjoyed my experience there over all.

    I walked away not getting a car at first the girl at desk gives me a kid with no experience even thou I had an appointment with Don the manager that never came over to me not once while I was there which I think that was rude since I had an appointment so I left called my husband and was upset over this than went back in and Simon came over to me and helped me find a car he was very knowledgeable and very honest person not like most car sales man he put an effort into finding me a car they should have more salesman like Simon this happened in palmbeach fl at Napletons

  • "AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COST"

    Upon our arrival, we were not shown the vehicle we went there for but rather one with a different stock number and fewer options. When we explained to the sales representative that this was not the vehicle discussed and provided him with the email information, he proceeded to tell us that he couldn't find the vehicle. He then stated that the vehicle (Jeep Wrangler) was in your auto shop 3 month with a computer issue which your maintenance department could not figure out. It was at this point that we were told that Mr. Farigua had made a mistake and they could not honor the price he had given us in writing (email). This was the end result after being there for more than an hour of runarounds.

    I gave my Jeep buying experience five stars because it was a relatively easy process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give praise to my salesman Jorge. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also a true professional. His patience with all of my questions and staying true to this word meant a lot to me! I highly recommend this dealership!

  • Ignored after the sale

    I would never buy a vehicle from Napleton's again after the deal was made I was ignored I purchased a used Lexus and they provided me with only and valet key which could not be duplicated by a Lexus dealer the cost to duplicate in master is over $300 from Lexus after contacting my sales rep a sales manager and the general manager my phone calls were not returned and the problem never resolved now I have to spend over $300 to get a master key made I don't think anyone wants to own a vehicle with only one key

  • Overcharged on junk and dealer fees.

    The sales guy was great! Everything went fine till I realized the next day at home, when I review the financial statement, that we were severely overcharged between dealer and junk fees. Nothing that I can do now. An $8100 car became almost $12000 out the door. Be very careful dealing with this dealer. Read everything.
