Did the Impossible

My wife and I were on a road trip up from Central Florida. Our car broke down as we were passing through Jacksonville. We managed to limp into Tom Bush Service on a Wednesday afternoon. It turns out, the clutch (standard transmission) had… given out (serious miles and hard driving). Chris Hume, Asst. Service Manager, and Sean Mooney were able to get the car into the schedule, get it diagnosed, order the parts, have a transmission taken apart and put back together by Friday afternoon (transmission work was actually done in one day!) Crazy! Shout-out to the Master Mechanic who was in the line-of-fire and performed admirably (did not get his name). It’s running like new, and the trip continued. Highly recommended!

I really like my Blue 2010 Honda Civic LX coupe but I really missed my Yellow buggy VW 2000 Limited Edition turbo engines.It is just too expensive to have it fixed.Amazing!

He helped me through my search for the perfect sports sedan and was more than helpful in searching across all dealerships nationwide for my… custom 2013 Volkswagen Jetta GLI. Don got to know me personally and seemed more like a partner in my vehicle purchase than a dealer. He had my GLI newly tinted, detailed and primed on the showroom floor once she arrived for pickup. After an unsuccessful attempt to buy one from a previous dealer we decided to go to Tom Bush. Salesman, Richard T., met us on the lot and immediately alleviated any barriers… I typically feel when approached by salesmen. Mr. T. listened to our needs and found several cars from which we could choose. He did not pressure us into a sale and was polite, helpful, professional, and knowledgable. When we decided to purchase the car we were treated with respect and kindness and felt like we got an excellent deal especially with an ancient trade in. Now that we own 3 VWs from 3 different dealers in Jacksonville, my husband and I would return to Richard T. at Tom Bush in a heartbeat and cannot recommend him enough. Richard T. went way out of his way to help me, and he kept me promptly informed throughout the entire process. I made this purchase sight-unseen starting over the internet and then… through direct phone calls with Richard. Before I ever met him in person, I felt as if we had known each other our entire lives. This was reemphasized when I met with my lender who, right off the bat, stated what an extremely courteous and professional that Richard is. I drove from Pensacola to Jacksonville to make this deal. That alone should speak volumes for the Tom Bush Mazda team. I strongly recommend them and in particular, Richard T. to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle. My certified CX-9 was absolutely immaculate and was everything and much, much more than what Richard described over the phone. Alan D. was by far the best sales person we worked with out of all of the dealerships we went to. We probably test drove 15 cars and he was the only sales person to actually drive… the car first and show us the handling and features of the car before we drove the car. Don could not be more passionate or knowledgeable about VWs, and his commitment to customer satisfaction is… sincere and tireless. He insisted that i try a range of cars before settling on the one i eventually purchased, a 2013 Tiguan. When i am ready to purchase my next new car, Tom Bush and Don M. will be the dealership and salesman i visit first.Good experience

Erlin C. worked with us and was super nice, willing to show us anything we wanted, etc. He got financing handled, and we had been there… awhile. We told him we had been on our way to dinner when we stopped and were really hungry. I wanted to go eat and think over the deal. He actually sent us across the street to the mexican restaurant and we were treated to free dinners! We had fun with him and he wasn't the cheesy typical car sales guy. The finance guy was very genuine and professional--I actually enjoyed talking with him. We also came in contact with another manager who also seemed like a good guy-they came across more real and not annoying and stupid.
