Arlington Toyota Listens and Delivers on New Vehicle Purchases

I was really excited about the new 2025 Land Cruiser iForce max equipment being introduced this year. When I found out that Arlington Toyota had at least a dozen of these vehicles for sale I was thrilled. These new vehicles can… basically drive themselves with the new "Safety Sense 3.0" Operating System.
Chris Eckert represented Arlington Toyota and helped guide me through a difficult purchase. My wife refused to pay for the car until she was satisfied that it would fit in our garage. So, Chris agreed to let me drive the new car all the way back to my house (a 45 minute trip) just to make sure. It fit. I bought it. And, the rest is history.
Chris & Arlington Toyota went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I also got a great deal for trading in my 2016 4Runner. A good deal all around. I love my new 2025 Land Cruiser model 1958.

He was relatable, dependable, and made me feel secure in my purchase. I want to brag on Mitch, for not just… getting me into my dream truck , but also taking the time to get to know me on a personal level. If youre not into your average " pushy sales men" that will drive you off the lot, go see Mitch. I know i will be coming back to him for my car needs, and i recommend him to my friends and family. We expected to have to wait for delivery on a car, but Juan found a Highlander… that was due to arrive in 3 days. Then later, Christian guided us through the paperwork and did a great job. He listened to our needs and preferences and allowed us to browse the inventory without feeling pressured. He told… us the things he personally liked about the models we were interested in and answered all of our questions in an honest, straightforward manner. The whole process was laid back and pretty seamless. This is not the first car I have purchased at Arlington Toyota and truthfully, our first experience wasn’t the best. We spent an afternoon with Renato talking through what we wanted, test driving trucks, and reviewing their current/future inventory. He was… attentive, personable, and genuinely cared about trying to meet our needs. It took a few hours and Renato was patient throughout and enjoyable to spend time with. We ended up putting a deposit down on a truck that was in transit to this dealership. Between the time when we made a deposit and the time when the truck arrived (a few weeks) Renato was very communicative and proactively reaching out with updates on delivery dates + what I could expect when picking up the vehicle, which was very helpful as this was my first time purchasing a new vehicle from a dealership. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!Good costumer service

With the diligence & persistence of Matt and the Arlington team--along with their expansive… SouthEast network of dealers--we got the exact car we wanted, in less than a week. (Which we all know is unheard of these days). Matt kept me updated on the arrival of the new vehicle, as well as giving us a 'heads-up' as to how the sales procedure would work. So when the car arrived, his team got it detailed and windows tinted right away, and we were able to complete all the paperwork the following day--and drive off with our new Toyota in less than 3 hours. How nice is that? What's more, Matt has continued to follow-up and make sure we're 100% happy with our new truck. I highly recommend this team, not only for their professionalism, honesty and knowledge of Toyotas but for their access to a wide-reaching network of dealerships. by Nelson on 01/06/2022I contacted a dozen FL dealers and they were opaque about Prime pricing (hint: hidden markup or extra add-ons they don't discuss) and always asked me to visit the dealer without providing much info or any pricing. Arlington Toyota and Matt… Romano were honest and straightforward. The provided detailed car specs and a detailed buyer's order with all taxes/fees and the dealer value package - over e-mail and even provided e-signable documents to reserve the car from the distributor. No bait and switch. When I arrived, the deal was as expected and delivery was quick and problem-free. The Prime is an engineering marvel. Toyota has a home-run on its hands and Arlington is the best Florida dealer in my opinion.professionals
