Arlington Toyota Listens and Delivers on New Vehicle Purchases

I was really excited about the new 2025 Land Cruiser iForce max equipment being introduced this year. When I found out that Arlington Toyota had at least a dozen of these vehicles for sale I was thrilled. These new vehicles can… basically drive themselves with the new "Safety Sense 3.0" Operating System.
Chris Eckert represented Arlington Toyota and helped guide me through a difficult purchase. My wife refused to pay for the car until she was satisfied that it would fit in our garage. So, Chris agreed to let me drive the new car all the way back to my house (a 45 minute trip) just to make sure. It fit. I bought it. And, the rest is history.
Chris & Arlington Toyota went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I also got a great deal for trading in my 2016 4Runner. A good deal all around. I love my new 2025 Land Cruiser model 1958.

From guiding us through the paperwork to the entire car-buying process, Kevin's expertise and… professionalism were remarkable. During the test drive, Kevin's knowledge of the car was impressive. He not only pointed out features I wasn't aware of but also took the time to ensure I felt comfortable with the vehicle. The Arlington Toyota dealership as a whole is phenomenal, and the team there is truly exceptional. Making the appointment was quick and easy and confirming it was a breeze. We liked the… selection and the prices. I don't think you can find selection that compares. Alan was very informative and patient as we reviewed the large selection. He was clear and concise with our finance options. This dealership knows how to treat their customers from the beginning to the end. My next car will come from Arlington Toyota.Very pleasant staff

He paid attention to my "must have" list, sent appropriate car information, and then was quick to reply with any questions and with final… pricing. by Cesar on 06/28/2023Appalling Experience with Arlington Toyota - Avoid at All Costs My recent visit to Arlington Toyota in Jacksonville, Florida turned out to be the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I accompanied my cousins, who were looking to… purchase their first car, and our encounter with the salesperson, Jorge Blanco, was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we arrived at the dealership, Jorge’s defensive and dismissive attitude was apparent. As we began asking questions about the purchasing process, he became increasingly defensive, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. To our dismay, the car we had specifically requested and confirmed its availability was supposedly sold just minutes before our arrival, wasting our time and showcasing a lack of communication. Reluctantly, we agreed to consider an alternative car, but Jorge’s rudeness and lack of professionalism persisted. He refused to offer a test drive, brushed off our inquiries, and was outright dismissive when we questioned the inclusion of expensive and unnecessary add-ons. His attitude was insulting, especially considering the significant decision my cousins were making, entrusting their savings to purchase their first car. When we requested a moment to discuss among ourselves, Jorge displayed annoyance and impatience. It became evident that he had no interest in understanding our needs or providing a positive customer experience. His remark questioning the primary buyer further displayed his lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service. Disappointed by the entire encounter, we decided not to proceed with the purchase. Instead of handling the situation gracefully, Jorge simply responded with an indifferent “ok” before walking away. Our time at the dealership lasted only 20 minutes, but the damage had been done. To make matters worse, Jorge had the audacity to send a text message to my cousins’ personal phone, blaming me for wasting his time and suggesting that he could sell them a car without my involvement. His unprofessional behavior continued even after our departure, displaying a complete lack of respect and understanding. Thankfully, we found solace in Coggin Toyota in Jacksonville, where we were met with genuine care and professionalism by Vito, one of their salespersons. He took the time to understand our situation and helped us make an informed decision, ultimately leading to a successful purchase of a brand-new Corolla. In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting Arlington Toyota and engaging with Jorge Blanco. His disrespectful demeanor, unprofessionalism, and harassment make it clear that he is unfit for the business. I give him a rating of 0 stars and urge others to seek a reputable dealership, such as Coggin Toyota, for a satisfactory car-buying experience.Outstanding sales representative!!!

I was in and out with a brand new Toyota Tacoma thanks to Drew Dumi and Arlington Toyota in less time than any other dealership even took to run a few numbers.… Not to mention I got a better payment on a brand new Tacoma than a 3 year old one. Drew really knew how to make a deal happen even a picky buyer such as myself could be happy with.Best Dealership Ever!

He did everything in his power to satisfy me as a customer and was very knowledgeable on the vehicles I test drove. I also had a… phenomenal experience with the finance manager, Rachid Zorqany. He was very friendly and treated me like I was family. He helped me pick the best financing options for me and explained all of my warranty information and made sure I understood it. This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve purchased at Arlington Toyota and I will definitely be back because I get the best customer service!Easy

Since I am 60 miles from the dealership I did everything over the phone and online. Jacob Hodskins was my salesman. He was able to… locate and did what it took to find the exact Rav4 with all of the specs that I was looking for. He went to work for me to make it happen even as far as to pick me up when it arrived at the dealership. I called 8 dealerships and he was the only one to take me seriously and make it happen .5 stars are not enough!A joyful experience
