Great purchase experience - Outback

I recently purchased an Outback from Jack Hanania's Subaru of Orange Park. Ian met us as we entered the dealership and made sure we got everything we expected at the visit. He sold us a car and made us happy. Its a great car too, no… regrets. He was knowledgeable, professional and a great sense of humor. He knew all about the car and was able to answered our questions. As time goes on we'll learn about the dealership but if the rest of the staff is like the ones we've met already, this will be a long relationship.

My salesman, Sean Kelly, was very knowledgeable with the different Subaru vehicles and volleyed all my questions no problem. I had my youngest son and grandson with me and the… entire staff was friendly and tolerable of a sometimes crying baby. There was no pressure to buy buy buy, instead I was allowed to repeatedly test drive and ask questions until I felt good about my purchase and that I got everything I wanted in my vehicle. Subaru of Orange Park is where I will be sending all my friends and I personally will be buying my future cars here. Love my Subaru OutbackLove this dealership and their customer service!

My experience actually began the weekend before when I stopped in (for the first time ever) because my engine oil light came on just as I was beginning… a trip out of town. Charles Moore greeted my husband and I and offered to take a look at my oil level and top it off, free of charge. I was very impressed and made an appointment the following week to bring my car in for service. Charles made a great impression and won my business!WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!
