by rsarpal on 11/23/2017This dealerships epitomizes every stereotype of used car salespeople. Agreed upon a price for a truck on their lot. Was advised by the saleswoman (Larissa) she would email me the paperwork within 20-30min. After I didn't hear back for a… few hours, I called back requesting to speak with Larissa. Was transferred to a person I swear didn't speak English. Eventually got through to the person I would like Larissa to call me back. Waited few more hours without any communication. Called back only to be told by the receptionist that Larissa had gone home. Asked to speak to the Sales Manager. A person identifying himself as Jason answered. After I relayed the above experience, he told me Larissa had a family emergency (??right!). He further informed me that despite the fact that I had negotiated a price and had been approved by a manager, they had sold the truck to another individual. This dealership is full of liars and individuals who will not honor their transactions. Avoid like the plague.I am terribly sorry to hear about the negative impression you got during your recent visit to our dealership. We appreciate feedback like yours because it helps us identify the areas in which we need to improve as a business. When they opened they were able to begin working on my car immediately despite not having an appointment. Oh, did I mention that I… was traveling with my 90lb German Shepherd? We felt comfortable and in good hands with him. We really liked Sigundo… too. He was very nice and also knew the car like the back of his hand. Bob in finance made everything fast and easy. My son liked the cookies in the waiting room. My mom checked out the service dept. and was happy because there were no cars waiting to be serviced!!!
