All I can say is Melvin is the man!! he was so professional and knowledgeable from the start, I wasn’t even quite sure of what I wanted, but after talking with him, he was able to get me a car from another dealership and made the process so easy and I am really happy.

    This is my second vehicle I’ve purchased with Fields Cadillac Jacksonville. Everyone was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicles and services Cadillac offers . Maxwell Petkov (Mo) was my sales representative and he took his time explaining everything in detail about the Escalade Suv I purchased. Never once was he impatient with me asking many questions about the vehicle and the process of financing it. In 2007 I purchased the Cadillac Escalade Ext 2007 and still had it when I came in to purchase my 2003 Cadillac SUV Platinum Sport. The service was excellent then and now. I’m very happy with everyone that was involved in making this happen and less stressful for me. Thank You Team For Your Service, Support And Kindness!!

    Fields service department and Uniqueka on blanding are some of the most helpful and considerate car service people I have ever seen. Each customers needs are addressed and they go above and beyond to make sure your experience is easy, handled promptly, and complete. I have to say that Uniqueka and the service department is the main reason I am a satisfied Fields customer!

    I called and Sandy said they could pick my car up after we returned home from an appointment at 12:30. As I returned Bobby was at my driveway to get my car to take for service. Bobby had my green machine ( car ) back in my garage within a couple of hours.. My car also had a bath. Very impressed with everyone and the very timely service. Thanks to everyone.

    Bill in the service department has excellent customer service with much respect and kindness! He is very knowledgeable with tons of experience to help you fully understand everything that is being done to your vehicle and why. The service department does an excellent job ensuring quality work before they have you pick up your vehicle which makes you feel comfortable and secure your vehicle is being worked on by experienced dedicated professionals! I highly recommend purchasing your Cadillac as well as having your vehicle serviced through Fields Cadillac Jacksonville. I always have an excellent experience with them and my vehicle always has excellent service!

    I had an issue with a tire and a power steering warning popped up. I tried to schedule an appt but it was going to be 72 hours before they could get me in. I went there early that Monday morning and they took me as a walk in. I had breakfast while I waited. They needed to order a part so they put in a loaner car until my car was repaired.

    The price was good, but at pickup noticed tires didn't match, no floor mats, and only 1 remote air vents missing slider. When I questioned these they said we already gave you a good price. Update May 2025: After discussing issues with dealer, they agreed to fix vent sliders and worked with me on getting 4 new tires. Very happy this was done.

    When I was told that I now have a new Service Advisor, I was skeptical and upset because we all know how you have to develop a relationship with car dealerdhip service advisors. However, was I pleasantly surprised that my service advisor Ms. Uniqueka approached me with a smile and introduced herself. From the onset, Ms. Uniquely was professional, yet friendly. She also had my Cadillac loaner ready for me on time, with a smile. She ensured service was performed on my car that was needed, which is such a rarity these days. Fields Cadillac, Ms. Uniqueka is an excellent selection as the new service advisor for your team. Ms. Uniqueka, thank your for patience, professionalism and proficiency.

    One often wonders what type of service will I receive once I drive away with my brand new luxury SUV from the dealer's lot. Here's my experience with Fields Cadillac; They took excellent care of my Escalade, but more importantly, they kept me informed every step of the way. They helped with the drop-off, completed the repairs in just two days, washed it, and literally went the extra mile when I got it back. When dropped off the vehicle looked spotless—like it was brand new. A big thank you to JR—your help made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate everything you and your team did. And thanks to everyone at Fields Cadillac who was involved. I couldn’t have asked for a more responsive, professional team!

    I bought my car a few months ago in Texas. I moved back home to Florida not long ago. One of the main reasons I bought a Cadillac was the “Concierge” type of service they offer. I was pleased that Field’s Cadillac offered the same kind of service. Billy came by and picked up my car. They did the first service (oil change, etc) and corrected a “recall” issue. They also washed and cleaned my car. Then they returned my car amazingly quick. I am very pleased with everyone at Fields Cadillac .

    My experience at Fields Cadillac Jacksonville was absolutely terrible. My car was in an accident in August repaired by a body shop they use and recommended. After the repair the lights on my dash were staying on, killing the battery. A quick google search said this is a common issue when aftermarket lights are installed. The body shop confirmed they used aftermarket lights per insurance but would need Fields Cadillac to say that was the issue. I called Fields they agreed it could be the lights but would need to take it in. Here's where the issues started. They start by not looking into the light at all, run all other diagnostic things and say they found the problem (apparently over 3 times) replacing multiple systems in the car. They had my car for well over a month and during that time I never received a call for an update on what was going on or being replaced. I called the dealership 7 times looking to speak to my service advisor JR. Not a single time did he take the phone and every time I left a message he would not call me back. I would leave a week between calls. I finally had to tell the poor secretary that I was not hanging up untill he was on the phone. In which he still had to call me back.. That was the only way to get ahold and find out what was going on. After all this and taking another round of abuse on the phone I find out my car is ready. It ended up being the aftermarket headlight after all. They then tell me they are taking out all the new parts that they had put in and putting back the old ones, that they claimed were bad and caused by the accident. That took an additional 2 days. All in all they had my car for 5 weeks to replace a light I knew and told them was bad. Not sure if they are running insurance fraud or are just that grossly incompetent. Either way I will not return, even though now after getting the car back half the touch screen doesn't work and it was before they got it. I recommend you stay away as well.
