I reached out to Village Toyota online regarding a particular truck that piqued my interest, and he was exceptionally supportive in facilitating my purchase. As I approach retirement in six… months after having driven a company vehicle for 40 years, this marks my first vehicle acquisition since 1999. He made significant efforts to ensure the sale was successful, prompting me to rent a car and travel three hours with a cashier's check ready to finalize the transaction. We have worked with Keith over the last 4 years and purchased two new… Toyotas and currently have another new Toyota Truck on order with him. He is very professional and friendly in his dealings with us, knowledgeable of the products and services available, responsive to our questions and needs, and provides helpful suggestions on items for us to think about that we may have not otherwise considered or overlooked. Most recently due to the loss of our 4 vehicles from the flood caused by Hurricane Helene, Keith worked with supervision to arrange a loaner car for us to use until our new vehicle on order came in. We could not be more pleased with the service we receive from Keith and he will continue to be our contact/first choice for future dealings with Village Toyota.
