    En el Honda Deale Auto Nation de la 57 en Miami Lake me han estado mintiendo desde que compre mi carro, desde entonce he estado todos los years al menos una vez con problemas en el Aire Acondicionado del carro y siempre me decian que no tenia problemas, pero el carro salia del consecionario enfriando, el ano pasado me cambiaron el compresor del AC y no me dijeron nada, pero aun asi mi carro no esta enfriando como debiera y dicen que no tiene problema

  • Their Service Center only cares about charging you for unnecessary things

    I would give a 5 star if they wouldn't try to upcharge every time I go. I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation and they tried to sell me new wipers even though I had just changed them a few weeks prior. They should at least check before trying to rob people so they don't look ridiculous.

    It was poor. I had an appointment with Joshua for 4:30, and he was notified that I was there. He proceeded to assist someone else, and said give him 3 mins. Brandon was playing on his phone and said he was getting off. I spoke to Alex as he was entering the area and told him, I needed to get checked in. He instructed Brandon to do it and provide an oil change and tire rotation. Finally, Joshua said it’s ready, but we didn’t do the rotation because the front tires are a bit worn. This is unacceptable.

    I really like this Miami Lakes Location. It’s close by to where I reside. I recently bought my 23’ Civic Hatchback from there and I also get it serviced there as well. The person that helped me, Sarah, is really cool. She assisted me pretty quickly and kept clear communication on wait time considering it was packed that day. I still waited the normal time I believe it was required for my service. For it being such a busy day everything went super smooth. I’m satisfied with the service of my vehicle and I would highly recommend anyone to Sarah. She gets the job done. Thank you!

    Had an appointment at 10AM, the person that helped me was very professional, knew what she was doing, I was surprised how in control of everything she was. For a moment I thought she was the lead out there. She was very good. One of the best persons that has helped me there since Mr. Campbell a few years back. I was happy with the service.
