  • Think Twice Before Trusting Garber with Your Vehicle

    I purchased my $83,000 truck directly from Garber, expecting top-tier service and attention to detail—especially on its very first service visit. What I got instead was a series of careless mistakes that left me questioning the competence of their service department. They failed to fill the DEF and washer fluid, left the filler cap open entirely, and scratched the paint on my fender. Do they not use fender protection, or do they just not care? Either way, it’s unacceptable. Although the service manager offered to “make it right” after the fact, the experience left me with no confidence in their technicians. I’m not willing to risk further damage by handing this truck back to a team that showed such disregard the first time around. If you’re considering Garber, especially for high-end or new vehicles, think twice. The lack of care and professionalism I experienced was extremely disappointing—and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same.

  • Tire rotation

    Truck was pulling to the left thought I might need an alignment. After speaking with the service advisor they informed me that some times lifted trucks pull because of the tires so we did a tire rotation and balance and the problem was fixed.

  • Stalled 2007 GMC Z28 4x4- 49,000 miles

    Truck cranked up with no problem at home. After traveling 3 miles the truck engine stopped and I coasted to a stop. All dash lights worked along with the AC fan. The starter would not engage. Towed to Garber. EMC bad. Garber replaced it under (emissions) warranty at NO CHARGE and took care the tow to their shop. I greatly appreciate Garber's service department.

    John Barrett great service rep. Only complaint is the on-line booking system which allowed me to book a time/day slot and later I had an email saying this slot not available. Surely one would expect an offered slot to be available. Fortunately, John was able to fit me in on the day requested. Will not use the on-line system again.

    I came in for my second service on my Silverado, the dealer rep noticed the cracked dash on my 2 year old vehicle and offered free replacement. That made me quite happy after being upset that after years of owning Chevys, that the dash cracked after so short of a period.

    Very professional, quick with estimate. Explained the process, advised various ways and checked insurance card for possible assistance. Gave time frame, which was right on. The finished results were amazing. Very happy with the job.

    Rob B took very good care of my 2001 Corvette. I had recently bought the car and it needed some work and new tires. Tony was the mechanic on the car and he really knows a lot about Corvettes. He installed the tires without a mark on the rims and he did all of the other work including a full alignment. I am very happy with Tony's work and with Rob's advice and attention to detail.
