Time wasted when paying cash.

We are not happy about having to spend over 4 hours waiting to do paperwork for a cash deal. Considering the time it may take to find financing for some buyers,… there should be some consideration given to a buyer who could have been in and out in less than a half hour. We were paying cash and the four hours wasted was not a pleasant time.Perhaps you need to consider having more than one person in F&I. On our next purchase, we would need to be reassured that our evening would not be spent waiting.Best buy

Several of the salesmen spoke with us even though we were not their customers as well as our own salesmen who… were excellent. We were treated like part of the team. New car buying experience - not bad !!

He assisted us in getting some discounts and used his time to transfer our OnStar and car insurance to the new vehicle for us right then and there.. Great car buying experience!

He assessed my needs from the info I gave him and provided me with options that gave me what I wanted within the price range I could afford. He made sure I was familiar with all the specifications of each… vehicle so I could make an informed decision. He was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. After I chose the vehicle I wanted he basically took the ball from there & I just had to sign the dotted line! Once my car had been detailed and was ready to go he walked me through all the car's features and showed me how to use the many options of the sound system, the driver console display, and the OnStar system. Even helped me through the OnStar setup. I was very impressed with "Bear" and intend to recommend him and Victory Layne to anyone who tells me they are looking for a new vehicle.
