We are pleased with our purchase and with JP for his attention to our needs. We are not happy about having to spend over 4 hours waiting to do paperwork for a cash deal. Considering the time it may take to find financing for some buyers, there should be some consideration given to a buyer who could have been in and out in less than a half hour. We were paying cash and the four hours wasted was not a pleasant time.Perhaps you need to consider having more than one person in F&I. On our next purchase, we would need to be reassured that our evening would not be spent waiting.
