by Bill on 02/21/2024I live in Boston, MA and I purchased a 2020 Lincoln Corsair with 20,752 miles Sept 2023 from Doral Lincoln m Doral, Florida for $28,390 with two obvious defects that were not disclosed by the Sales Person nor the General Manger whom I'm… quite sure was aware of these two issues. I requested pictures from the sales person of the interior & exterior of the vehicle and asked if there were any issues I should be aware of. She supplied the pictures but none of them showed the totally deteriorated leather steering wheel issue or mention of the problematic transmission. The transmission issue would be impossible not to notice IF the dealership did any used car inspection before putting the vehicle up for sale. Once the vehicle arrived at my home and I drove it I immediately contacted the sales person and the General Manger and informed them of these issues. When I didn't receive any response I continued to email the General Manger and the owner - NO response from anyone! With no choice I brought the vehicle to two authorized Lincoln dealers and both of them diagnosed that the vehicle had a defective transmission. They informed me that it was going to require a total rebuild and in order to do that it would require removing the engine. Unfortunately some of the parts they needed were back ordered so it left me without the use of this vehicle from Nov 1st till Dec 8th. As a last attempt I emailed the owner and and said - Rather than involve attorneys and an unpleasant situation I'm asking if you would consider as a gesture of goodwill sending me a reasonable monetary compensation for all the aggravation and time spent to rectify these issues. NO response from ANYONE. Is this the ethical way to run a business and how can Lincoln Motor Company not intervene to rectify this situation. by Danny S on 11/18/2023Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Deceptive Sales Practices Dear Doral Lincoln Inc Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service I received from your dealership, particularly the… incident that transpired on Saturday, Nov 18, 2023. My experience with Doral Lincoln Inc has left me with a negative impression, and I feel compelled to bring to your attention the deceptive tactics employed by your staff. On Thursday, Nov 16, 2023, I came across a 2021 MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS C 300 convertible (VIN: W1KWK8DB2MG103132) listed on your website, https://www.dorallincoln.com/. I submitted an inquiry regarding the car's availability but did not receive any response. The next day, the listing was removed from your website, leading me to believe the car had been sold. To my surprise, on Saturday, Nov 18, while negotiating at another dealership for a similar vehicle, I received a call from a manager at Doral Lincoln Inc, who identified herself as Maria. She acknowledged the oversight, apologized for the inconvenience, and assured me that the car I initially inquired about was still available. Maria went on to promise a better deal than the one I was currently pursuing and arranged for a salesperson, Gabriel, to contact me. Gabriel promptly called, apologized for the previous oversight, and confirmed the availability of the car. He even sent amateurish pictures, presumably taken on-site, to reinforce the claim. Motivated by this information, I left the dealership I was negotiating with and traveled to Doral Lincoln Inc. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by individuals who seemed to be expecting me. However, instead of being directed to the car I inquired about, I was led into a deceptive situation. The salesperson presented an entirely different vehicle and attempted to persuade me into considering it, claiming that the car I wanted had already been sold. This bait-and-switch tactic is not only unprofessional but also highly unethical. When I confronted the salesperson about the discrepancy, he disclaimed any responsibility, indicating that Gabriel did not work for the dealership but rather for the call center. This contradictory information only added to the frustration of being misled. Subsequently, when I brought the matter to the attention of the Sales Manager, I received a dismissive response, with an attempt to shift blame onto the call center and an assertion that the sold car could not be brought back. This experience has not only wasted my time but has also damaged my trust in Doral Lincoln Inc. Deceptive practices of this nature are unacceptable and tarnish the reputation of your dealership. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly, take appropriate action against the individuals involved, and implement measures to prevent the recurrence of such deceptive sales tactics. I expect a prompt and meaningful response to this complaint. Your attention to this matter is crucial in restoring my faith in Doral Lincoln Inc and ensuring that other potential customers are not subjected to similar deceitful practices. I bought my first car from them 1 year ago to realize a year after that they took advantage of my innocence and lack of knowledge of the car business. They put an extended warranty without my consent in… the contract without letting me know and I confidently signed without reading the contract (I should have read the contract), bumped up the price and took from me 7,000 dollars of down payment in price bump ups. Now 1 year later I realize that I have an extended warranty and to my surprise it has expired as I exceeded the miles and I was not even able to use any of the benefits. That is the most dishonest thing I have ever experienced! Really unprofessional and would not recommend this dealership to anyone and I am going to make sure that everyone that asks me about buying a car to let them know the experience I had with them. I feel like I have been stolen from! NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!The best treatment right now

by Manolo on 04/24/2022Our salesman, Ray Costa, has been great on both transactions in 2019 and now last week. However, the people in financing do not offer the fair trade in value for your car. In our case, since our lease was expiring and only Lincoln would… buy our 2019 Lincoln MK-C Reserve, they offer to buy it for $5,000 under its trade in value. That way I wouldn’t get any credit towards my new lease of a 2022 Corsair loaded. Then after I had leased my new car from them, Lincoln Financial, their financing branch, reported that we were one payment behind to the Credit Bureau to get still more money out of us. We are a retired couple and feel financially abused by Lincoln.Best dealer to deal with

Cargo storage items missing from vehicle. 2020 with only 5k miles and… items removed from vehicle that should have been there. Was given less than half tank of gas. Had to purchase missing items for over $200 myself.Doral Lincoln
