I went to other dealerships and this is the Best Lincoln Dealership in South Florida! Julian Quinoz (Manager of the New Car division) and Ivan Pietri (Sales Consultant) made my purchase stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend them both!!! If you are looking for a broad selection and unbeatable prices, this is your place to go. I just got a new Lincoln and their inventory is huge! I did not believe, they could have the car I wanted until they showed me their inventory of new, never touched, still wrapped cars. I will definitely go there for my next purchase. Thank you!

False Advertising on Vehicle

They advertised vehicle as having Navigation and Satellite Radio among other things and after I purchased the vehicle I found out it does not have those accessories and they will not compensate me for them. Advertising is thru CARFAX and they still won't do anything about it. Stay away from this Dealership. Watch out for Finance office as well. They try and charge you high interest rates on used vehicles. They only care about your $$$.

However during the current virus epidemic I have found that the service area has been somewhat slower than usual. Greta salesperson and finance manager. The experience of signing papers and taking ownership of car was a nightmare . They changed the deal in me and I was given no instruction on how to use the car and it’s options. I have owned fords since I was 16 yeas old and this was a very disappointing experience. Well i have to say this buying experience surpasses all the vehicles we have purchased in the past!!! Everyone was so nice!!! The deal went smoothly! I love my new navigator it’s beautiful! The saleswoman Yusnaby was so friendly so professional i couldnt have asked for more! The finance manager was super cool and they even delivered the vechicle to my door step... In general, it was a good experience. Ralph from the sales was very attentive and very patient. He helped us to find the car we looked for out of the current stock. The situation with the pandemic caused all dealers to have very limited stock, but Doral had the largest stock in South Florida, so Ralph could find the car that suits us the most.
