Everyone worked together and it was organized and friendly. We actually enjoyed our sales agent… Anthony Catalfo and felt like family. by Brenden223 on 06/21/2016As soon as I walked in the dealer not one saleman wanted to help me I had to ask for someone to help me. After we go over the car I wanted everything was good until the manager got envolved then everything went down hill from there he made… me switch to another salesman who had no idea what he was doing all the paper work was already good to go but this sales man made me wait for about 2 hours to make me sign one piece of paper with a hand drawn line on it. Then the finace guy got envolved and it was completely [non-permissible content removed] with this guy I was already pre approved with my bank and these guys acted like they never sold a car before they were giving my bank a hard time not sending the correct information then after all this hassle the dealer wanted to sell me tags which I had a credit for from the dmv and they were making up stoires saying why they can't issue me my credit for the plate. I went to the dmv and they were dumb founded about how they were making stuff and said that every dealer could issue my credit. After going back there and having a big argument they finally give me my credit. It took me about a week to buy this car they were so unprofessional I will not being going back to them ever again and the manager was [non-permissible content removed] he didn't even shake my hand when we first meet everyone there was rude. Horrific Service Department
by Scott997 on 05/03/2016A Dealership is only as good as their service department. Well this one is sub par and doesn't align with the name Mercedes Benz. I made an appointment for my car for a routine maintenance. They didn't have a loaners for a few weeks but… figured it would be one day, right? Well I was without that car for 6 days and they kept asking for more time and making really lame excuses. I said I was coming to get the car even though all the work wasn't done because they had it long enough. I still had to wait over an hour in this black hole of a service department. I personally could run that shop a hell of a lot better. They don't know the meaning of customer service! From the time you drop your car off it's chaos!Scott, thank you for leaving this detailed feedback about your experience with our dealership. I have dealt with Ron Miller on two leases and it is possible to have a good experience when buying or leasing a car. He has made it easy, painless, and honest. Dawn has some cars set aside for when I got there and in a matter of minutes I knew exactly which car was for me. Everything… from selecting the car to processing paperwork went smoothly. If something was going to take a bit of time I was well informed and the customer service was excellent. by rcisneros1 on 02/09/2016I Purchased a 2016 Mercedes Maybach from Mercedes Benz Of Delray Beach Florida. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, I called to get information, price, condition, Options, etc. and spoke with Ron Miller. His response to the condition of the… car he replied (PERFECT, thats why it was in the Showroom). I felt very uncomfortable buying a car unseen, since I live in Texas and the car being in Florida. I told Ron that I would get a flight out that week to visually verify that the car was perfect. Due to my work and busy schedule I was unable to get a flight out. I called and told him maybe the following week I could make it out. He then assured me AGAIN that the car was PERFECT, and that there was no need for me to waste time and money on a trip to Florida. I then decided to purchase the vehicle in believing Ron and him telling me he had been doing this for over 30 plus years, and Plus I was buying from a Certified Mercedes Benz Dealership! Ron then arranged shipping with USA Auto Movers, before loading the vehicle in Florida, the driver fills out a Vehicle Condition Report. A week later vehicle then arrives in Texas, the driver releases all documents plus the Vehicle Condition Report, HIS REPORT SHOWS: Damage to the hood which someone tried to fix with touch up paint, damage to left and right side front bumper, damage to left rear door, damage to left rear quarter panel, left rear bumper, curb damage to right rear rim and 2 rock chips on windshield! The driver CJ of USA Auto Movers told me he asked Ron Miller if the buyer knows of the damage on the vehicle since it was such a LUXURIOUS VEHICLE and Ron replied YES! THAT IS NOT TRUE, I was so upset I called Ron Miller and asked him why would he be so DISHONEST just to sell a car! After spending over $175,000.00 on such a Fine Luxury Vehicle you would come to expect the TRUTH!!! The response of the Mercedes Benz of Delray is to take vehicle to my local Mercedes Dealership and repaint and repair all damage, My response to them was why would I want a car with repaired PAINT WORK! I told Ron I wanted to return the vehicle for a full refund plus shipping costs and I was denied, but he would see what he could do. Add Insult to injury, Ron Miller called me back and offered me $150,000.00 after I just paid over $175,000.00! Why would a Dealership selling one of the finest automobiles made today stoop as low as to be DISHONEST AND MISLEADING!!!Bait and Switch, Lies, Scam.
by LewWilliams on 12/17/2015MB of Delray had a Certified Pre Owned vehicle on their website for $69,997.00. Click this link to email a salesman so we did. We were given Mr. Ron Miller. I asked him what the CPO warranty would give us in coverage and he indicated 12… mo, unlimited miles. I asked what it would cost to add 2 more years and his response was word for word, $3,495 would buy you 2 more years giving you coverage through 2020 and I can do $71,700.00. Would you assume that he is discounting the car some from $69,997? or maybe the warranty costs from $3,495.00 and making you a package deal for $71,700.00? Seems logical right? I mean how can the car go from $69,997.00 as advertised on his website to $71,700.00 without including something in the deal? Not so fast! I set my wife up to call and finalize the deal and then try try to convince her that they will sell her the car for $70,700.00 but that does not include the warranty. Wait, you have it listed for $69,997.00 and you just went up in price on us? And now this does not include an extended warranty, and wait one more... He neglects to inform you of the $700.00 yes $700.00 documentation fee that they charge. Maybe this is because we are from another state, most likely because he thought that he had a woman on the phone who knew nothing about deals or cars and how to call him out on his scam here. We asked if the car had ever been wrecked or had any paint work. Knowing this is a Certified Pre Owned Mercedes Benz one would think it to be flawless, after all it has been through a 167 point checklist from top to bottom, and if you go to MB website it will tell you that it covers everything from under the hood to every panel on the body. Nothing is left unchecked. Mr. Ron Miller then advises us that we need to have an independent inspection of the vehicle since he does not want to comment or mislead us anymore than he already has. Well isn't that what were paying for in a CPO car? An inspection of the highest level by MB of North America? I then asked for the general Manager to which he has not stopped all communication. Well I suppose so after being caught in 2-3 or maybe even 4 different lies or scams here. Mr. Ralph Mesa is the General Manager of Mercedes Benz of Delray but I have yet to hear from him. My guess is that Mr. Ron Miller is too afraid to go ask him to call us so I will be giving him a ring shortly. If that does not suffice I will find the principles of the Corporation and work my way up the ladder. DO NOT fall into their deception. Try and find another MB dealer to deal with if you can. Joe was very knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process which played a large… factor when deciding to give him the business. by spaba99 on 10/14/2015On June 2015 I bought a Mercedez Benz CLA45 AMG. After about a week of having the car a check engine light was on, took the car to the dealer and after a couple of days they dealer told me the problem was fix and it was only a bad… sensor. After another couple of weeks the check engine light was on again; took the car to the dealer and after about a week of having the car I was informed that the 4 fuel injectors had to be change. Car was good for about 3 weeks, after that once again check engine light went on; took the car to the dealer one more time and this time is was the fuel pump that was replaced. I express to the dealer I was very unhappy with the situation, after going back and forth with the dealer about the situation they told me I had to open a complain with Mercedes Benz USA by calling a 1-800 number. I did that and after and received a call from a MB regional manager that told me they review my complain and we're not able to assist me with my problem and explain me that if I wanted to get something done further I shall get legal conseling because they were very firm on their position. After all this I decided to move the page and get rid of the car, I purchase a BMW, which I had always have for many years and never had a problem with. This whole nigthmare cost me 30 thousand dollars.
