by Karen M on 03/28/2023Bought a vehicle at Delray Honda. Owed a refund to me for not even a huge amount of money; but money owed to me no less. Repeatedly promised "the check is in the mail" for 3.5 weeks now. Still no refund!! Dishonest at all levels of… management including accounting/finance area. Great service to our faces to close a deal but poor follow through when their integrity and honesty was put on the line; therefore, lost all credibility. Dishonest and unfortunate for us. Delray Honda simply did not do the right thing after the deal closed when it counts most for recommendations and a continued relationship. When a dealership, from management to the accounting/finance dept does not maintain honesty, integrity and accountability to do the right thing, one must be suspect of their overall business practices. Steer clear of this dealership! and still no checkSuper Service

My husband told me to call the dealership (honda). They got me in right away. The tires were less in cost of… what I paid in Colorado. I also had them do a couple other things to my car as well. They were timely and the service desk clerk was awesome (Gwen). Very efficient and professional. I will probably bring my car here from now on for any repairs.Never disappointed

Always friendly & knowledgeable, we were promised our SUV in 2 hours, but it was delivered to us 30 minutes early… (even with 2 additional repairs)! Our service rep applied our 10% Delray Honda discount coupon and sent us to our vehicle waiting just outside the door! Service with a smile!Great Experience

He had me out of the dealership within 2 hours for the purchase transaction which in my opinion is fast these days. Travis communicated clearly and promptly,… demonstrated that he valued my time, and delivered the desired vehicle quickly when another area dealership struggled to get me one I had pre-ordered more than 3 months earlier. I was pleasantly surprised by the sales process and with my dealings with dealership staff. It was easy and I felt at ease throughout the sales process.
