2nd service on my wife's BMW X3. Service advisor Kelly kept me well informed. I highly recommend this service department at Fields BMW of Daytona.

by Barbara Gordon on 09/05/2020My service advisor was Paul Binkley. I had an issue with the inside of my sunroof and it would not close. Paul greeted me with superior customer service. He advised me what was going to be needed and kept me inform of what they were… doing. He also put me at ease that what service was needed would be covered under warranty. He asked to keep my vehicle overnight because it would be a job that would take a long time. He arranged for a rental car for me. When I came to pick up my car, he was very busy but made time to speak with me and assist me with getting my car. There was an issue with the rental car billing after the fact and he contacted the Hertz agent and had it straightened out. I definitely would say that Paul Binkley provided me with 5 star service. They completed a thorough inspection, discussed and completed services due, provided me with a loaner for the day, stayed in good communication with me, and actually ended up charging me less than the… estimate! I live more than an hour away, but I always bring my car here. I have visited 2 other Fields dealerships in central Florida, and I think this is the best one!Great service
