    I was looking for a few weeks for a BMW M235i, and Fields had exactly what I was looking for in stock. I purchased through Matt Hoffman, who I found to be very professional, very helpful, and more than knowledgable about the entire line-up of models. Fields was able to accomodate the exact deal I was looking for and considering I was driving a long distance, what would normally be quite a complicated process, was made extremely simple. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Matt and Fields BMW. Thanks again guys!

    I dealt with Roger Carpenter. He was very professional and polite. It was easily my most pleasant car buying experience. I purchased the exact 435i I was looking at but Roger took the time to ensure I was educated about all of the models and features. He took a lot of time working with me and was never pushy. I look for customer service first in just about everything. I did my research on Fields BMW and had the same experience I had read about. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Not only have I become a lifelong BMW customer but I hope to continue dealing with Fields in the future. A month later and I am still getting calls making sure everything is right! AAA+++

    My husband and I just bought a car from Matt H. at Fields BMW. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. We've had our fair share of negative experiences with other dealerships and Fields BMW is by far the best. Matt treats you like family from the moment he introduces himself. They'll do whatever it takes to get you the best deal and they'll always treat you with respect. We'll never buy a car anywhere else!!

    Brian B does a great job with my car and past BMWs for that matter. Always reliable,trustworthy, and honest. Fixes the issue in a timely manner. I drive by 2 Fields BMW dealerships just to have Brian work on my car. Tony G is my advisor and never steers me wrong. This "dynamic duo" is the reason I drive so far. Its great customer service and a family friendly atmosphere that keeps me loyal to Fields Daytona.

    I just purchased my fourth BMW from Fields BMW of Daytona. Matt H was my salesperson each time by choice. Obviously I'm very pleased with Matt. His many years with Fields BMW, his knowledge and personality has always made my BMW buying experience enjoyable. Additionally, I stay with BMW because I like the Fields BMW dealership, especially when it comes to the Service and Parts departments. Everyone is attentive, professional and friendly. A special shout-out goes to Anthony G in the Service Department. He always does a good job getting me taken care of. I highly recommend this dealership and Matt H if you're thinking about getting a BMW.

    My 1st visit to Fields BMW in Daytona for service. Let me tell you, I was very pleasantly surprised. A great service writer, on a Saturday yet, working alone. He was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. I only hope that when it comes time to deal with the sales Dept, I have just as enjoyable a time. Thanks Brent

    I arranged a pickup of a 2013 leftover MSport from my home in Philly, via email then phone, and picked the car up after a vacation in Ft Lauderdale. Matt H. gave me A+, reliable and honest service throughout. There was no annoying haggling (I made my offer via email), and there was no cheaping-out on prep as there might have been since I was from out of town. Matt even bent some rules for me to minimize my time in the dealership (since I had the goal of getting to S Carolina my first night). An error by the Finance department, but BMW Finance has corrected it by letter.

    I love bringing my BMW here for service. Mike S is the technician who works on my car and he does great work! Any time I have questions about the inner workings of my car he is always willing to answer and explain things to me. Anthony G is my advisor and he always explains all work to me and keeps me posted while my vehicle is in for service. Both are very friendly and professional and I feel very safe leaving my car with them.

    I recently took my bmw up to fields and had an awful experience. Which I would also like to say the above comment is a fake written by the dealership. They for one took one whole week to fix a small problem that they looked up in the diagnostic scan, then took other unnecessary procedures to find the problem that had nothing to do with what the diagnostic read. They wrongly charged us for the unnecessary labor of the test they did. and then with out permission after out part came in charged us for a whole bottle of primer with out our permission. they did not call us to let us know about the extra mart needed to be used and they did not get our permission too charge us for the primer. they billed it to us. When we went to go get our car they would not remove the charges and told us if we did not pay what they charged we could not have our car. so not only were we wrongly charged, they would not work with us about the charges. Also they could not explain why they took the extra wrong step to find the problem. And threatened to keep our car if we didnt pay what we felt we were wrongly charged. THEIR SERVICE CENTER LIES, AND HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. BEWARE.

    Field's BMW service dept is consistently the best I have ever experienced in all my years of car ownership. I have an 09 M3 and my wife has an 09 128I. Chris D. and his staff have always been consistent in exceeding expectations. My next car will be another BMW because of the service provided at Field's.

    I have purchased two cars from this dealer had a wonderful experience both times. The advisor was not aggressive and was was very thorough during the closing process. He made me feel like a valued client and fully explained the vehicle's features to me. All in all, a great experience!

  • Lost all trust in this dealership

    My wife had her oil changed by this dealership last week. After that service, the service dept claimed she had a nail in her front right tire. She said they did show her "something" in the tire. She ok'd the fix. No paperwork completed. No guesstimate but, hey, 20 bucks or so? Think again. $350.00 for a new tire. When she called me to let me know what they did, I told her to bring the tire home. Guess what? No hole in the tire. Wow. I brought the tire to the tire guy I've used for years. No hole in tire. He mounted the tire on one of his rims to make sure. He smiled and said I need to go talk with the dealer. I visited the dealer - and then the lying began. 6 hours later, I got a full refund, got my tire put back on the car. They claimed they had fixed the wrong tire. Look, the screw is actually in the driver side tire. Oh, darn! What a coincidence! Problem: Remember what they showed her? Passenger side. I mentioned that - got the "deer in the headlight thing". I asked why she got no "heads up" of the $350.00 cost. We thought it would be about 20 bucks. Oh, they assured me that they made it perfectly clear to her beforehand. Problem: She saw them when she handed them the key and then when they handed her the bill. She brought up a good point as well. She asked me "why would I ask them why they couldn't have fixed it?" if they made it perfectly clear that the tire was going to be replaced? As far as no intermediate step to tell her what they had found and it would be a tire replacement and not a tire fix, I guess they already knew the tire was not repairable before they took it off the rim. They must be very, very smart. Look, bottom line is we had our car serviced by them before with no complaints. I've got to tell you, though. After talking with them and my wife about what happened and no hole in the tire, these guys saw her coming, took advantage of her, (actually stole from her, if you think about it) and then lied to cover their tracks. I am generally open minded and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but for every possibility they threw at us, common sense took over and quickly removed any doubt that we were being fed one big line. The only question that we have now is "did they really change the oil?". I just noticed a service reminder for an alignment on her car for tomorrow. Should you see a flying pig, let me know. Meanwhile, we're looking at other options to have our "warrented" BMW serviced. The nearest "other dealer" is 60 miles away. Great. By the way, these run flat tires (according to them, you cannot fix these things once they are punctured), if you visit the tire manufacturer's website and look into this "misconception", they say it is quite proper to repair it, as long as you stay within some guidelines (no side puncture, etc). When I brought this up to the dealer, they informed me that was "BMW's" policy not to repair as it was unsafe. Let's see, if you get a nail in a new one, it will run flat and get you to safety. Ok, I can live with that. That is BMW's policy, but give me a choice to fix or replace, don't makie the choice for me! Hmmm, I wonder what would happen if you have a run-flat tire that had a nail in it, (no damage other than that) fixed it, and got another nail in it? It will probably run flat, just like it is manufactured to do. Ya think? Ok, maybe they 're Not That Smart Afterall. One last thought. They could have made this so right, so easy. They ended up saving a couple bucks but ended up losing thousands in reimbursed warranty claims to BMW on this car. Are the dealers these days that short sighted? Evidently so.

  • BMW Owners Be Aware!

    I have purchased 3 Yes 3 cars from Fields BMW of Daytona Beach in the past 1-1/2. A X5, M3 and a Lexus!!! The Service is Horrible!! They treat clients like cattle!! I have from day 1 had nothing but headaches and false promises from these [non-permissible content removed]! My cars are Never ready when promised. Be Aware of the Service Manager Christopher D. [non-permissible content removed]. Please avoid my mistake and avoid Stress and Lies! Stay away from Fields BMW or Fields anything!!!!!!!If you raise your voice in frustration they will have you escorted off the premises with the Police!!

    My wife and I get our BMW serviced here and always friendly staff and familiar faces. Mike S the technician has been there for us each and every time we get our service done with the ability to explain our issues so that we can understand with out all the technical explanations. And don't forget the customer amenities (ice cream, coffee). And our baby always comes back to us shining from the car wash. I tell everyone to take their BMW to them for service. Keep up the Great work!
