    I leased my new Toyota Cross Hybrid from AutoNation Toyota Weston. I want to thank my salesperson, Mercedes Hernandez, for an excellent experience. She has kept in touch to answer any questions about my driving experience with the new car. I recently had my car in for service, and Mercedes visited me in the waiting room. She made me hot tea, sat down with me, and answered all my questions about the car. I want to thank Mercedes, and commend her for her professionalism, kindness, and knowledge as a representative of my favorite car dealer, Toyota Weston. I will return for my next lease in the future, and I will ask Mercedes to guide me through the experience.

They were incredibly considerate of my financial situation, worked with me kindly throughout, and meticulously clarified everything. The greatest sales counselor ever is Merces Hernández! She once assisted my dad, and she made such a great impact that we came back for her.   • Despicable Finance Department

    Extremely distasteful, dishonest, and dismissive dealership and management. We wanted a car, and planed to buy a car on Sept 29, 2024. We left with a beautiful car, but the we were bamboozled big time by the financial department, on the payment terms, credit check (running through banks they were not supposed to because they get an incentive to go with their financial institution), adding on without informing us of an extremely expensive maintenance package. Corporate has been informed and an investigation opened up. The GM, the finance director Hassan, and finance guy James M. are absolutely despicable. They made an easy purchase turn into a nightmare, then attempted to deny their incompetence. Even tried to tell us since papers were signed there is no going back, after they committed fraud, and tried to cover up that there was a 30 day time period to cancel. They lied, tried to intimidate, were disrespectful, and committed fraud. Unfortunately for them I have worked in multiple car dealerships and know exactly what to look for. Adding to the fact that the GM called within an hour of leaving the dealership after confronting them and calling Auto Nation to open an investigation, so he can apologize and ask how he can further help. When less than an hour ago he was disrespectful, dismissive, and deceitful. All of a sudden he wants to apologize. Our sales person was sweet tho. That was the only okay experience.

  • Great car, Great Salesman but Avoid

    Dealership asked me to write an "honest review" so here it is. New car purchase. Vehicle hard to find. Been in contact with probably 12 dealerships in 2 states over 6 months This dealership was the first one to have the vehicle I wanted without adding a lot of dealer installed options to jack-up the price. Salesman was helpful and I would buy from him if he worked elsewhere. Trade-in was a negative experience, finance consultant was even worse. Sold me things we did not talk about and what we did talk about the full price was never disclosed. Took me two months to get those credited back to the loan. Their licensing mistake cost me $100+ which they refused to reimburse me for. Never took any responsibility for their conduct or errors. Everything was always my fault.

    • Dealership responded saying they take reviews "very seriously" and would like "to make this up" to me. They asked me to contact the general manager and gave the dealership general number. They don't provide the general manager's name or direct phone number. My interpretation of that is they want to have the appearance of being responsive but if they were really responsive they would give me a direct person to contact, not just their generic phone number. Until I have a specific person and number to call I am not going to get bounced around in a phone tree like I was bounced around during the dealership purchase experience. Nothing they have done or said so far has indicated any desire on their part to improve my review or change my opinion of this dealership.

    I was very pleased with the service received by Manny Sanchez, Salesman. We did a lot of the preliminary work over the phone, before making the 2 hour trip to Weston to test drive and finalize the sale. We got it all done in about 2 1/2 hours and I was on my home with my new vehicle.

    Last week I purchased a preowned Highlander in excellent condition, and the purchase was smooth and easy. I had reached out ahead of time so as soon as I arrived, my sales rep, had the car ready for a test drive. She had my trade quickly appraised and put me with a financing rep. He was also very efficient with his work. They were able to get me out the door quickly. I appreciate everything they did to help me and I would buy from AutoNation again.
