Car buying can be an incredibly difficult ordeal, but that is not the experience I had. The process was smooth, quick and efficient. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I spent more time there getting a tutorial of my car… and all of it's features than the entire car buying process. Frank made the entire process seamless. Before I knew it, I was driving out of the dealership with my new EQS.Excellent customer service

Wow, we couldn't be more happy with our purchase, we came looking for a GLB as our budget wasn't enough for a more expensive model, guess what, Josue De Jesus from sales department was able to configure a GLE within our budget. We couldnt… believe it. What a great service. Panorama Sunroof, auto parking, and so many features!!! What a great car. Mercedes of Coral Gables is run very ethically. I ordered a G550 and they kept me informed at all times of the progress of the build. The vehicle was delivered at the estimated time. It was the first time we used road side assistance. Within 5 minutes of placing call for case, a technician was at our location. He jump started the car and we drove it to MB at Coral Gables. Their service was excellent. They did it… quickly and washed car. They also provided a ride back to my home because I had left car keys at home.
