    From the moment we arrived everyone was polite and friendly. Jorge Pronto was so knowledgeable about the CRV-EXL and answered all of our questions with expertise. As we were talking with Jorge, Chad Reed (Sales Manager) came over to introduce himself, which we thought was very professional and nice. Once I decided to go forward and lease, Jorge was able to meet my financial needs for the lease. He explained everything and then went over the Personalized Settings Worksheet explaining some of the features of the CRV-EXL. We then met with Terry Abrams (Business Manager) to complete all the paperwork for the lease. He too was very polite and answered any questions I had on the lease. Space Coase Honda is not only the best Dealership in Florida that we've been to, but the best dealership we've ever dealt with! Jorge, James and Chad were nothing short of awesome! And I absolutely love my new CRV-EXL! Thank you gentlemen for a wonderful experience!!

    My dealership sets an example for every other dealership. I especially like that they never try and sell me any repairs I don’t need. Andrew, Andy, and Greg are always there to take excellent care of me and they always try and help me find savings. They even have an afternoon Happy Hour oil change special that beats every offer I’ve seen. Plus Randy is always there to make sure my car is washed and comes out looking great after every service.   • 2024 Honda Civic Sedan Recall Excellent Service at Space Coast Honda

    Had great service experience at Space Coast Honda. Originally had appointment to address steering gear recall for 2024 Civic and added last minute leaking tire repair and Honda pass oil change that they accomplished in a timely manner. Also, have issue with sunroof not being flush with rooftop at back end. They tried to address it but still not flush. They are contacting manufacturer to determine fix and suppose to get back with me. Been almost 3 weeks and hope they get back with me soon.

    Bought a certified pre-owned 2021 Honda Passport from Space Coast Honda last December. It included two complimentary oil changes the first year. During both of my oil change visits this year, my service representative Lauren Bruckner did a wonderful job checking me in and answering any questions I had. When the service completed, Lauren took time to go over a detailed report of all of the checks done in addition to the oil change. Overall, I was very please with my experience. I definitely like the fact that my vehicle was washed and vacuumed after the service was complete. I plan to continue having my Honda serviced at Space Cost Honda.

  • Timely and careful work

    The mechanics do great work every time on my 2017 Ridgeline truck. Could not however get an answer from the service tech on whether or not SCH installs trailer brake controllers. The 2017 Ridgeline is pre-wired for a 4-wire brake controller.

    Service as always was excellent. Advisor Ahmad took care of the process when I checked in. I wish the Service Dept had the ability to retrieve the quote and order that I put with Parts a couple of days before. I got a quote for two tires plus the installation and alignment but when I talked to Service, they were not able to retrieve the quote.

    I brought my wife’s Honda civic in to have the brakes changed but the brakes did not need to be changed and they informed me and washed the car at no cost. Other shops may have done the replacement regardless of the brakes still having plenty of life but Mike S. was great and informative!

    Even though we live 90 miles from the dealership, I wanted to test drive an Accord Coupe. Unfortunately that didn’t work out, but Darnell Johnson, who was always beyond patient with me, showed me a new Civic Coupe. The perfect car for my lifestyle! Darnell was never pushy and was there truly to set me up with my special car. And financing with Justin-easy peasy! Had us out of there in half the time of other dealerships. Explaining carefully and diligently the terms of the contract and chosen maintenance items. Would I buy another car from Space Coast Honda? Of course! But not too soon, because it is a !HONDA! Special thanks to the others who made this purchase very nice.
  • Worse Customer service experience ever

    In the last 2 weeks I have been treated unfairly by this service department than I have been treated in the past 15yrs of being a loyal customer of this dealership. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago for last Saturday to have work completed on my car, I rescheduled the appointment to the day before due to an incoming hurricane in Florida. When I arrived, my service advisor was not working that day and I was greeted by another service advisor. I waited for over 2 hours when that service advisor informed me that they could not complete the repairs on my car since they did not have the part in stock. I was very upset and disappointed that my original service advisor had failed to check and see if they even had the part available before scheduling my appointment 2 weeks prior. I pretty much wasted an entire day from work and was not able to get any services completed. I informed the other service advisor of this, but he did not have any explanations as to what had happened and why my original service advisor failed to inform me that the part was not in stock and that it needed to be ordered. This service advisor offered to order the part and expedite it, I received a call from him earlier this week that the part had arrived and so I scheduled an appointment to meet with him today directly to have the work done, but after the work was completed, I was shocked to learn that the service advisor had reassigned the work order to my original service advisor (the one who had made the mistake in first place) when she called me to inform me that my car was ready. Also, I was also charged more than what I was originally quoted. They were non-apologetic to everything that had happened and to make matters worse, they misplaced my keys forcing me to have to wait an additional 20 minutes in order for me to leave with my car after I had paid for the services. I am extremely disappointed with the service department at this location and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
