Dealership Service Review
In the last 2 weeks I have been treated unfairly by this service department than I have been treated in the past 15yrs of being a loyal customer of this dealership. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago for last Saturday to have work completed on my car, I rescheduled the appointment to the day before due to an incoming hurricane in Florida. When I arrived, my service advisor was not working that day and I was greeted by another service advisor. I waited for over 2 hours when that service advisor informed me that they could not complete the repairs on my car since they did not have the part in stock. I was very upset and disappointed that my original service advisor had failed to check and see if they even had the part available before scheduling my appointment 2 weeks prior. I pretty much wasted an entire day from work and was not able to get any services completed. I informed the other service advisor of this, but he did not have any explanations as to what had happened and why my original service advisor failed to inform me that the part was not in stock and that it needed to be ordered. This service advisor offered to order the part and expedite it, I received a call from him earlier this week that the part had arrived and so I scheduled an appointment to meet with him today directly to have the work done, but after the work was completed, I was shocked to learn that the service advisor had reassigned the work order to my original service advisor (the one who had made the mistake in first place) when she called me to inform me that my car was ready. Also, I was also charged more than what I was originally quoted. They were non-apologetic to everything that had happened and to make matters worse, they misplaced my keys forcing me to have to wait an additional 20 minutes in order for me to leave with my car after I had paid for the services. I am extremely disappointed with the service department at this location and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
