    The staff was incredibly nice and very professional. Even during the "negotiation" period, it remained a friendly environment. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from Cocoa Hyundai.

    People willing to assist me with my problem. Comfortable waiting area. Friendliness of staff. Ryan K. (the salesperson who sold us the car) visited with me in the waiting area several times to make sure everything was going well.

    Wayne S. was very helpful in finding the exact Sonata I requested and working out the price. When I picked up my car, Ali S. took me through the options and was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with.

    Prompt courteous service. When Cocoa Hyundai found that the ABS module needed to be replaced and that the work couldn't be completed until Monday (I left the car on Fri. afternoon) they offered to let me use a rental car at no charge. The work was completed when promised and the car was washed.

    Everyone is so helpful and friendly. And they will "bend" over backwards to try and solve whatever issue you're having, and if you don't have an appt., but having problems w/your car, they always try to work you into that days' schedule.

    Our salesman Ryan K. was great. He is very knowledgable, friendly and took every step to give us exactly what we wanted. Brian in financing was also great. Very professional and efficient. Thanks Cocoa for your hard work and great customer service!! We love our new 2015 Genesis!!! :-)

    Good friendly sales people, not pushy. Clear answers. Great new facility with many cars to choose from. I used the internet to pick a car and got a call from Cocoa Hyundai within 10 minutes. Justin was fantastic.

    I bought a new Hyundai Accent from Cocoa Hyundai in the hopes of saving on gas. I shopped around with Toyota and Honda dealers in the area, but found they were unwilling to make a deal or negotiate on price. Cocoa Hyundai was much the opposite, working with me on price and helping me to find a car in my price range. I shopped on price between this Hyundai dealer and another hyundai store as well. Cocoa Hyundai is a smaller dealer and I felt like it was very personal and friendly. At the other store (a 'big volume') store, I was just another number and the salesperson couldn't wait to get rid of me once he found I wasn't buying today. At Cocoa Hyundai they were very patient with me, answered all of my questions and I never felt pressured. I guess the best part, other then the deal I got, was how family friendly they were. I have two small children, and they made them feel very comfortable the entire time. It made shopping with them much easier, and the level of great service I received from everyone there probably would have sold me even if their price wasn't the lowest. Great dealership, I highly recommend Cocoa Hyundai

    My husband and I were excited about car shopping at Cocoa Hyundai. At first, our expectations were met. However, after two trips to the dealership and many phone conversations later, when it came down to buying time the salesman had completely dismissed all that we had told him, price wise. He had us in a vehicle that both my husband and I loved, but wasn't affordable for us. We felt that he wasted our time and though we were very clear about what we could afford and the max payment we could push you would think that we hadn't given him any idea of what we were looking for. After trying to get us $120 over our max payment he proceeded to tell us what we could afford. As if the banks have a better idea of what we can afford than we do. Needless to say, we left there without a car and a without a good experience. Soon to follow our visit was a phone call to follow up. We expressed our disappointment and though they are still trying to "fix" the problem, we will not be buying a car from them. One bad egg doesn't mean the whole bunch is bad, but the taste it left in our mouths is enough to turn us away. The vehicles are great, the sales....not so much.

    I recently bought a car for my son at Cocoa Hyundai. The whole process was laid back and enjoyable. My son is very happy with his car and we also got a life time warranty. Deffenatly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you Cocoa Hyundai.

    I bought a Sonata back in 2011 from Cocoa Hyundai when they were located off of US1.Everyone was very nice and professional but the dealership was the size of my master bathroom .I herd on the radio that they were having a grand opening at a new dealership last weekend. They didn’t move very far but the new dealership is amazing. There is so much more space and the service waiting area is so comfortable. The sales people were professional before but now they go above and beyond. One of the sales men sat with me and talked to me for at least 15 minutes. He didn’t even try to sell me anything he just wanted to make sure I was comfortable. I would recommend Cocoa Hyundai to anybody. It is the best place to buy a car in Brevard County. Margret Punnet

    The absolute WORST experience of my life!! Run as far away from these crooks as possible! They are rude beyond belief, and are only interested in getting as much money out of you as possible. I HATE that I have done business there, and all they have done in response is make it worse. I was taken advantage of, yelled at, belittled, HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS?? I admit that it was my mistake when I signed the contract when I bought a car there (March of 2011). This was my first car purchase and I did not quite understand everything at the moment like I thought I did. I was shown the price of the car and thought that it was the final price (including tax, tags, etc..). Boy was I wrong. Those crooks sold me a car that stickered for $18,480, for a whopping $21,888!! They marked up the car $3,400 over sticker! When I discovered my error (the next day unfortunately) I confronted them and told them that I did not want the car and that it was too much. They could not have turned on me fast enough. Rude and belittling. Then, they had the nerve to keep asking that I give them a perfect score on the survey that I was to get from Hyundai. They said anything less than perfect and they fail. I gave them a very low score. Then they had the nerve to call me, yelling at me, to voice their disgust with the score. I told them to never contact me again and I called Hyundai Customer Support to file a complaint and try to get rid of this car. Hyundai says they won't do anything, it is an issue for the dealer. The dealer says I shouldn't have been stupid enough to do business with them. I am telling you, this is beyond what I ever thought was possible for a local business to do to a customer. Over a year later (now), and I am still trying to find someone at Hyundai who will take care of this situation, as Cocoa Hyundai has been very clear. COCOA HYUNDAI DOES NOT DESERVE THE BUSINESS I GAVE THEM! Help yourself and find a dealer that actually cares about you as a customer, not one that just sees dollar signs and tries to take advantage of you.

    I have tried to purchase vehicles from this dealer a few times in the past. The finance manager is wonderful but getting to him is an exercise in patience. The sales staff is generally not very well trained or informed (which is probably not their fault).

    Purchased a new Genesis Track. Unfortunately, the battery went bad a week later and had to be trucked to service. The job was done but the paperwork was mixed up with other customers. Basically, no one was paying attention to detail which concerns me for bigger service needs.

    Service at this dealership is horrible. The service manager finds every loop-hole to get out of honoring there warranty.

    I bought a used vehicle from this dealership. The salesperson stated that if I should have any problems, I can bring it back to them and they would take care of it. Unfortunately, I did have problems with the vehicle and took it back to them within a week of purchasing it. The dealer told me "The law of Florida states, anyone who buys a used vehicle, buys it AS IS." The dealer was not willing to fix the problem nor was at all helpful. Beware!!!! This dealership will say anything to get you to buy a vehicle from them. I have filed a complaint with the State of Florida.

    The salesmen was very helpful while looking at several SUVs and cars, and did not push things we didn't want. The dealership negotiated over the phone and came up with a competitive price, so I didn't have to drive to a further dealership (which I would have). They got the car in the color I wanted and didn't try any bait and switch. I don't enjoy buying a car, but the experience was about as painless as buying a car can be!
