This dealership is amazing if you’re looking for a place that’s welcoming and informative look no further . My sales rep Manix was awesome and soo patient , everyone there honestly makes you feel like family, my time there was fast and I… drove off the lot in a 2026 Honda civic sport , I will recommend this place and Manix to everyone ! Trust me when I say you are in good hands at this dealership, just ask for Manix !

The sales staff was incredibly inconsiderate of their perspective customers. Never have I felt so pressured and uncomfortable at a Honda… Dealership. I politely asked Andrew and Dave ( I also believe there was a John involved who we never actually saw or talked to) to give me less than 24 hours to come back and finalize the deal after work the next day when I was told this deal is not good tomorrow. My wife and I have never owned a vehicle that was not a Honda; we love the cars and over the years have come to love working with Honda when it’s time for a trade in. Our bad experience at Headquarter Honda was enough that I will hesitate even bringing my cars back to the service department. I can’t tell you how many times I heard from their mouths “We haven’t made a sale all day.” The sales team should be bit more worried about making a sale to happy customer not rushing to get the final sale in that night.pleased with my first honda

We told John we had a trade in and what we were looking for and he took it from there and made the deal happen. We are now proud owners of a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring and i know it took us… till midnight to close the deal but John and the staff was there till the end.. Thank You guys for all you've done for us...Best decision I've ever made.

I was in desperate need of trading my 2010 Nissan SUV for a car with the intent on also having lower car payments. I told JOHN SHELLING my salesman… exactly what I wanted to do and lets just say... I'm on the road to saving lots of money on gas and I have definitely reached my goal on getting a lower car payment... On a brand new 2012 Honda accord!! The best car buying experience ever! He was very down to earth and understanding. We went to Honda for an oil change on my Honda Fit and ended up… trading in my husbands Trailblazer for a Honda Accord. He understood that our intention was not to buy a car, but to look and he was still very professional and helpful. Thank you for being so great to us. And thank you to the staff for every member that walked past us if we weren't with John, would offer us some water or something if we needed it! Your dealership is awesome and I would recommend them to anyone. :)The place to go when choosing a dealer

He took me there on Thursday and we looked at a few cars. My salesperson Mike J. showed me a car… that I fell in love with, so that was the one for me. Mike went above and beyond to get me the price and payment that I wanted. Everyone was great, the entire process was so smooth, never had a better experience purchasing a car. I will recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to purchase a car and have a easy and great experience doing so. Outstanding customer service.Excellent Service!

He found out what we were looking for in a new car, and did a great presentation for us on a Fit. We… had a very thorough test drive with him, and then were able to work out a deal that worked for us. Mike made it all go so smoothly, and we were in and out in no time flat. Kudos also to Tony A. in Finance, who made the process quick and didn't push us to buy anything we didn't need. All in all, a very good dealer!Great Job Royle!

We decided to visit Headquarter Honda in Clermont, Fl to see if we would find what we were looking for. As soon as we entered the dealership Joel Castaneda… was already there to greet us. After the introductions we told him what we were looking for. He told us immediately that he had a couple cars in mind. As we were looking at the cars he was very, very informative and prompt to answer our questions. He was polite, efficient, and professional and treated us as family. That was very important me. My wife and I immediately came to the same conclusion: we had found our car. Joel was enthusiastic and glad to hear we found the car we were looking for. Soon after, we began the long, and rather boring, process of buying the car. But Joel made it fast and entertaining. He knew it could be draining waiting for while everything was processing but yet again he made it fun and very easy on us. His co-worker Mike Jahangir was also involved in our case and he, like Joel, was efficient, friendly and very professional. Thanks to both Joel and Mike my wife and I now have the car of our dreams. I will without a doubt recommend Joel and Mike to all my friends and family looking for their dream cars.Preeminent Service! WTG!

Normally, I research dealerships or go because I was referred. Not in this case, and that's a good thing! However, I did read the… Consumer guide on best buys. Honda had great reviews on their CRV’s. Although, the CRV is a great car, I was shifted elsewhere. That’s when I decided to tell the story how my mother’s anniversary (passing) was coming up and of course the next day would be Mother’s Day. I shared this with the salesperson name John T. Shelling. He listened to every word I said that day and responded with sympathy. I must say, “Wow” I didn’t expect a response; however, the response was warm and sincere. I said to myself, “Who are these people?” John’s customer service was above average. He made me feel like I have been a long time customer. A customer they will never forget, because I know, I won’t forget the experience and will remain a long time Honda fan. Little did Honda HeadQuarter know, I was looking for a life-time dealership, one I could grow old with, thanks HeadQuarter Honda, you won my loyalty and am sure my family will begin to migrate with you to..BTW, good luck with them LOL. I would also like to say “thank you” to the managers for aiding in my final decision to buy the Honda Accord. I truly love my Honda, and it made my Mother’s Day the best day ever! When she contacted Headquarter Honda she had spoken to David Stanford and told him what she was looking for. There was no pressure given to her by the sales team. David kept… her very informed of the used car inventory. When he had told her that her dream car was there we went in for a test drive. After the drive she knew that wasn't the car for her. We then sat down with John Schelling and went over the numbers that would best suit her needs. She told him there was another car in mind that she wanted to look at. John had taken all of her information but had never pressured her to walk out with a new car that night. It was at that time that Headquarter Honda had earned my trust, other dealers would have pressured an inexperienced 18 year old into something that would have hurt her. David continued to work with my daughter and let her know when they got the car in that she was looking for and set up a time for her to come in. Of course my daughter fell in love with the car at first sight which in turn scared me because this was her decision to make. Unfortunately the day we came in John was helping another customer so we had sat down with Andrew to crunch the numbers. Once we were able to come to an agreement with the numbers we mentioned that it would be another 2 weeks before she would have the money for the down payment. Once again they stepped up to the plate and offered her the option of a post dated check. Being that the banks were closed for the holiday she was not able to sign the papers that night, Andrew said he would call her the next day to come in and sign everything. The next day John had noticed that the 2011 Mazda that she had agreed on was still there and he called her to ask if something had gone wrong. She told him that she was waiting on a call from them. He told her to come in and he would get the ball rolling. This made me real nervous since at this time she was going alone. The financial department took wonderful care of her and she drove off happy in her new car. A few days later she received a call from the financial department that there was an issue with her loan. We had gone in and it was explained ot us that the error was on there behalf so in return the gave her a better rate and changed the lenght of the loan. I have never had a dealership do that. Everything was going fine, it wasn't until she noticed a bulge in one of the tires. We had bought the car in and spoke with Kara Kay in the service dept. We explained that there was a bulge and we did not stay. Kara had called us within 15 min and explained the situation that she was going to need a new tire. I couldn't understand this since she only had the car for a month. We went back in and sat with Kara and she explained to us how this had possibly could have happened. Then she showed us the work they had previously done on the car. She even went one step further and called around town to see if we could find the tire at a cheaper rate, but to our surprise the cheapest was right there at Honda. They changed the tire and even fixed the rim for free. Another thing that I had mentioned was a warning light that was on in the car, even when we test drove it. We were told that is covered under the Mazda warantee and they would take it to the Mazda dealership for us. which was really helpful since the Mazda dealership is an hour away. The staff as a whole treated my daughter Ashley with the upmost respect and not oncde did they ever try to take advantage of her inexperience. She was able to purchase her car on her own without any help from a co signer nor with any pressure from Honda. Sort of makes me wish that I had gone there to buy my Mazda before driving all they way to Longwood at Cory Fairbanks where the pressure was put on me. Thanks again Headquarter for taking care and looking out for Ashley.
