Refreshing Car-buying experience

Just took a great Cruze!!!
by Dave Peer on 02/14/2022Came to Don Mealy Chevrolet to look a 2012 Chevy Cruze. While I was looking at it and other used vehicles on their lot, I met Jeff, one of the salesmen. I test drove the car and liked it a lot. I was on a tight budget and when the numbers… came in, it was a little more than I could afford. We agreed to talk the next day after I discussed it with my wife. I called Jeff the next morning and have him a number I needed to be at. We were a tad apart, but within 5 minutes we agreed on a price. When I got to the dealership, Jeff met me with all the necessary paperwork. Within 30 minutes, I was on the road with my "new" used Chevy Cruze. During the ride home. I noticed a servicr light had come on. After checking it at home, I texted Jeff and he quickly responded and we agreed that I would bring the car in on Monday a.m. It was fixed within a couple hours. During the wait, the service staff continually came by to see if I needed anything. It was great. Jeff Leader made my buying experience the easiest car purchase I've ever had. And the follow up service which he coordinated, was excellent. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new Chevy or a used vehicle, to give Don Mealy Chevrolet a try. A great stress-free, laid back car buying experience.
by DannyBoy369 on 04/02/2021My Wife and I just purchased a brand new 2021 Chevy Traverse LT and we could not be happier with Don Mealey Chevrolet. From the time I made my first inquiry about 3 weeks ago until the final handshake, everything went as smooth as butter.… We had also talked to another Chevrolet dealership in town (Carl Black) and were instantly bombarded and pressured (multiple calls, texts and emails, with some even after 8pm)to deal with them. But with Don Mealey Chevrolet there was ZERO pressure. It was the most laid back and stress-free car buying experience I have ever had. We opted to try their 24 hour test drive. They advertise it as no strings attached and they were not lying at it.... I simply placed a phone call to Daniela Barbosa to set up our 24 hour test drive and the next day our Salesman Jake Clark pulled up to our house, had us sign a simple test drive agreement, handed us the keys, showed us a few features of the Traverse and then he was picked up from another representative from the dealership and we were left to enjoy the Traverse to make sure that it fit in with our life with 3 growing kids. We got ahold of Jake the following day and he met us with a smile and made us feel right at ease with non of the stereotypical aggressive sales tactics employed at other dealerships. Everything went very smoothly, and then came the part that most people dread..... The Fianance dept..... Joesph Anthony was not your typical finance guy, he made the whole process fun, we shared lots of laughs. I almost didn't want to leave his office. We HIGHLY recommend Don Mealey Chevrolet if you are in the market for a new or used car. They have earned our business for life.Your kind words mean a lot to us.
