Michael Swope was waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment. He greeted me with a genuine smile. Once he knew what I was looking for, he told me what inventory was available and brought the one I asked for up for a test drive. He was funny, charasmatic and knowledgeable during the drive and throughout the visit. He patiently showed me all the trucks he thought I might like and also gave me time to make a decision. I appreciated the personalized attention and the fact that he focused on my sale. He made me feel very comfortable when closing my deal. After the sale, Michael was able to get my running boards switched from my old truck to my new truck. He made sure I got everything out of the old truck and went ABOVE AND BEYOND with a ball hitch issue!!
